I figured, okay it's a Friday so things must be hectic. Over the weekend I saw that he had an online contact form so I filled that out and anxiously waited until noon on Monday with again no response. If he was too booked to do the job, I understand but what I don't understand is not having the courtesy to call to let me know that I should be looking for someone else. I was fortunate to find another company that was prompt, professional, and fairly priced so my issue has now been corrected.

This was a $130 bill for less than a half an hour. My pilot light continued to not stay on so I called Bob and asked him if he'd check the thermacouple. He said no need since it lit. I went to the hardware store and bought a new one for $12 installed it less than half an hour in my water heater works fine now. I'm concerned about his thoroughness and his suggestion that I just replaced the water heater.

They were so kind, helpful and did such an amazing job! The house needed extra time and attention, and even required them to come back to complete the job after they completed another clients job. The gave us a very fair rate for their services, and their work was worth every penny! I am just so thankful they helped us out in such a difficult time, and they took a little stress off of our family.
