They have raised my rate twice in a year by $60.00. I have 2 other units with a different company and they have raised the rate by $10.00 in 8 years. They also entered my unit without my knowledge or permission. They claim I was notified but there are no emails or messages backing their claim. I explained that I am disabled senior and that the new amount would crush me financially. They really didn't care. I spoke with the DM (Gary) and VP (Bob) via messages and their excuse was that I am under the market value which means nothing to me. They, like most companies are only after profits. They don't care about their customers.
