They were all really kind and professional. The entire staff also had great bedside manners! This unfortunately seems to be more and more rare to find these days. It shouldn't be but it is! A lot of doctors don't really care about their patient and their health...only about making money! This is NOT the case here! I didn't have to wait that long to see the doctor. That's always a plus because who likes waiting and waiting at an appointment? I know I don't! During the first appointment, the staff asks you a lot of questions about how you're feeling so be prepared for that. They'll also about previous surgeries and health conditions. They'll check your weight, vitals and do a short exam. You'll also have to fill out some paperwork. A plus is that they're able to get most, if not all, of your previous medical records/history immediately. This doctor will see you with or without insurance. He's kind and full of jokes. Lol. I was sort of able to straighten things out with my other doctors so...I probably won't visit Dr. Annabi for awhile. If the need arises, I would come back immediately. I enjoyed working with him and his staff. I felt like I was a priority to them. A+ transaction.

My insurance does not cover this therapy. The massage therapists wow! They can zero in on the spots that need the work. AMAZING! It has been my experience with other chiropractic offices/practitioners that they do their best to UPSELL their services. In this case it was me who inquired about the benefit of additional modalities. I opted for DRY NEEDLING. It seemed to speed up the process of relieving muscle tension. I can actually move the way I am supposed to! Kudos to ALL the staff for their friendliness, professionalism, courtesy and always willing to please. They work well together.. a well oiled machine. I wanted to try something different. Not the typical pain meds/walking boot, and crutches scenario I probably would have been posed with. So, I gave Airrosti a call. I was skeptically optimistic after hearing they could reduce my pain after only 3 visits. Well, I'm here to say that, in my case, that happened. Dr. Kayla Gonzalez tailored a treatment regimen for me and the pain I presented. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose what was wrong along with the best way to treat it. She also went above and beyond for me. My insurance wouldn't cover my visits so she agreed to work with me on a more affordable price. She truly cares more about her patients recovery than her bottom line. That is something you don't see everyday. Her staff was great as well. Abraham Quijas helped coach me with my recovery exercises. He showed me how to get the correct form and laid out the exact amount of reps/time limits needed. Plus, I was provided with the necessary equipment needed to get the best out of those exercises. At first, going through the workouts was challenging. The pain was off the charts. However, slowly but surely it got easier. That along with the treatments Dr. Gonzalez put me through (also painful) I can honestly say I feel great. When I showed up I was using crutches, but now I am able to walk normally. As they say, no pain no gain. I would absolutely recommend this place first before going through other medical procedures if you are experiencing pain. Dr. Gonzalez and her staff just might be able to keep you from having surgery or having to take potentially habit forming medications. If I could give this review six stars I would. These folks set and keep timely appointments and send text reminders to keep you on track. They worked with me and now I can actually raise my arm a bit without pain. I still need more work, but I am able to see the progress. I was in so much pain but now I rarely need to take pain medication. This is huge for me. My surgeon is seeing is I can get more visits approved, so I may be able to use their aquatic area for water based therapy- they have it all here.

Countless hours of travel, waiting, and dealing with staff. Who are unfortunately not helpful. Call to cancel or reschedule.... They don't do it. Call to ask why medication was sent to the wrong pharmacy or not at all.... No return calls or follow up. If you have plenty of free time and live near the clinics then best of luck. I had a…read moreconversation with Toni, the office manager, over an incident of a lost shipment of medicine, and during this conversation it was clear that from her standpoint, that she defended these long wait times by comparing to other perceived wait times at other businesses like this. My contention is that they have "normalized" these wait times of over an hour in the waiting room alone. It is very clear that they have lost site of good and average CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was shocked to even see a video in their waiting room where one of their doctors even defends these extremely long wait times. Luckily, in my case, I likely will only have to revisit once every 6 months. This attitude they carry is Not conducive to good business practices. The scheduling by this business is truly in need of real change. The simple solution is to understand that this type of business is unacceptable and even arrogant on the part of Sun City. If you can't or won't either space out appointments or hire more Doctors to handle the overload, then it is clearly partly the fault of the customers who tolerate it. In the end, its always about the $$/profit greed huh?
