The amount they owe is NOT that much and I know that the suggested retail price for this amount was $688.80 so that means they sold the product and made 100%profit since Virginia has no intentions of paying the Northbridge Tool company. This is a tough Manhattan co-op, and he was honest and responsible in dealing with their rules. He even found someone to help me with diagrams to present to the co-op board. His crew showed up on time every morning and they did good work, being careful and clean in a limited space. He supervised closely, coming almost every day. Ronen also seems to know a lot of people and had great resources for everything we needed to have done. Best of all, the job took exactly as long as he said it would, and came in right on budget.

Even though there was a construction project going on right in the middle of our apartment, Victor did an amazing job of keeping everything extremely clean and neat. He always left the area spotless before he left, and he did all of the major building off-site. His eye for detail and ability to ask good questions is great. The items he built for us are relatively complicated and quite large, and they are perfect in every way. They make the room look beautiful and they provide a ton of extra storage. Other contractors we spoke to didn't even call us back or provide timely estimates. Victor called us back EVERY time we ever got into touch with him, was always on time, and was extremely pleasant to work with. He is also very honest and offers reasonable prices. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Working with him is the sort of experience that makes me feel optimistic about life.
