He never made me feel like I had to convince him I was hurting, he believed me! His office staff are great and his assistant Montye was super easy to get in touch with and always communicated so well with me where we were at in the process. I had surgery at his surgery center instead of the hospital and I'm so glad I did. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the whole surgery from start to finish went smoothly. Hopefully I won't need him again anytime soon but if I do, I won't hesitate to use him!

Unfortunately I did not have the same result and experience as many apparently did. I had a WC…read moreinjury and was sent here. The Dr. never acted like he cared to help me or even believed me. I asked for a MRI multiple times. Finally he agreed and said if I wanted one I would have to go to Little Rock. I said fine. Afterwards his assistant called and said there is in fact trauma in your elbow. (No kidding, I knew that). The help still never came. No PT. Not once. I am still dealing with this pain. it comes and goes and as very painful. My last visit... I don't think he could leave the room fast enough and release me. Mind you, during this visit I stated that I was still having pain. I was dismissed in every way possible. I'm needing to have it looked at again. I wouldnt let that Dr wash my car. Office people were great.

She is a very caring doctor who takes the time to hear you out. Would recommend her highly. I am also pleased with the office personel they are always very pleasant to me.

Would have taken me months just to get refills on my maintenance meds. Gage got me in same day. Despite the short notice, he took time making sure he got all my history right, understood my current concerns, and gave me detailed instructions on how to follow up if I needed anything. Can't go wrong with Gage and northwest. I've recommended him to my parents and siblings and when the family pediatrician retires I'm glad to know I have a caring provider to turn to for my (many) children. Last note -- they do telehealth! If I don't have any new physical symptoms, I only have to show up a few times a year!

On Dec 10, 2010 I was involved in a major auto accident in which both of my feet sustained…read moreshattered and broken bones. Dr Cooper rebuilt my feet at Mercy Hospital to give me the best chance to walk again. My follow up care has been with Dr Kent Heady here in Wichita Ks. Upon seeing the x-rays of my right foot which has a titanium plate and numerous screws, he commented that "this is beautiful work". As to walking, I am currently able to walk without aid until my feet tire, about 30 minutes at a time. Thank you Dr. Cooper for helping me to get my life back.

We were promptly greeted and checked in, updated new insurance for the year and as soon as I sat down called to the back for X-Rays. Waited maybe two min for the X-Ray tech and then after X-Ray taken to the exam room. Once the nurse left, Dr. Griffey entered in less than a minute. I explained my issue as he examined and reviewed my prior records, he had great communication regarding my options and what each obtain contained. Overall this was a great experience (as can go for a doctor visit) but if I end up having surgery I will go through him for sure!
