They demand payment's each time you visit before ever providing a statement or receiving and eob. It seems I had the most trouble once I met my out of pocket maximum. I went in for an appointment one last to to schedule my second surgery and I was turned away told I was discharged. No written documentation, no calls, no letters, nothing about appointment cancellation. I would recommend finding another clinic

I just moved to Terre Haute, Indiana and became a patient of union medical have not been impressed…read moreso far but today at the podiatrist I literally had my doctor. Tell me that I am old and fat and I'm just going to have to get used to the pain of my planter fasciitis. I suggest driving to Indianapolis if you live in the area because Terre Haute does not care about their patients. They'd rather just see us old and die.

We got a call from a collection company out of the blue last year for the balance we'd already taken care of. Hand Center office said they didn't have good accounting system set up when we were there so they were showing it not paid. We thought it was settled since we explained that we had paid and they admittedly didn't have adequate accounting. Just got a call again - out of the blue, again - for this same balance. We've moved twice and I can't find my proof of payment so we had to pay it again to clear our credit. Frustrating to be taxed for their inefficiency and error.

Ended up with a bad infection and a infectious abscess in my wrist it took 4-5 visits to this surgeon and a word from my Heart Dr to get him to admit there is infection in my hand and an abscess in my wrist So all of sudden he says he has to do emergency surgery either the next morning. Or if we have to go to the ER and do it there So at 6:00 am on Fri morning. I had a surgery to clean out the infection in my hand and the abscess in my wrist. And believe it or not.
