I have a cat, I have always use regular uber to take my cat to the vet, she's always in a carrier, no hair can get out, now all drivers refuse to pick you up once they come to your house and say you have to use uber pets. Now I'm using uber pets and they are $20 higher than regular uber and now they can't find any drivers that are uber pet drivers. And most likely if it's raining and they will jack up their prices cause of the rain even tho they only supposed to pick up people with pets. With the higher cost of under pets, they will not be getting any tip, why give them a tip when I'm carrying something smaller than a case of coke? PLEASE GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is absolutely impossible to reach a human being, correct answers, or I always get the same answer over and over to a complicated issue. Terrible customer service, drivers who don't know the systems or how to take directions when their smart phone is taking them the wrong way, poor directions, poor driver service, unreliable drive times and just all around awful fucking system and service. Look I understand there are creeps and unprofessional people in every industry and Uber/Lift is no exception as a driver for 3 years i have seen it both goid and bad on the drivers side and well as the rider side people are people the more often than not the good drivers and the good riders. I have been driving for Uber a couple of years now. I never liked the fact that the GPS wasn't great and some of the riders were very rude or condescending to me. I drive for extra cash aside from my main career. Now the company is really screwing the drivers over. It used to be that you got paid for the previous week on Monday. Then, they starting paying on Tuesday early. In order to find out why I hadn't been paid today (Tuesday), I first checked with my bank to see if I had a pending deposit. They said no. So I called Uber Support. Now they say you don't get paid for the previous week until the next Friday. That's right. They get to play with your money, ie their bank can use your money for nearly a week, while you wait for your hard earned cash. Outrageous. read more

I am really struggling with Uber after being a loyal patron several times a week for years ! Drivers don't match their profiles and they are consistently late because of the way they select the ride before they drop off the current ride . But if you're more than two minutes late to the car they ad a wait fee. I don't get me started on all the surcharge is that Uber now ads on !! Check your statement after every ride you will be surprised on the errors ! Recently I was arguing with a driver over his dash cam/taxicab confessions lol, he wouldn't turn it off and after some debating he pulled over and said get out. No big deal for me I'm a big boy but if he would've done that too someone else it could've ended bad. In my opinion Uber has NO follow up after approving drivers. The drivers morph into whatever they perceive as being a controlling service. Late at night there are some freaky dudes out there driving ! Absolute hustling in Tulsa. I've been overcharged at least 5 times and cannot get a resolution. Even through the BBB. Now they're saying I owe them 15.00. F you uber!! Take it out of the extra 30 dollars you took off my card. Aside from the payment side, the drivers were usually friendly and prompt. There were a few guys who were rude. I've deleted my app and profile. If I ever need a ride, it'll be Lyft or Tulsa transit. read more

I have used Uber 20 times and have always been pleased... Drivers are friendly... Know their way around.. And as soon as you hit send to request them .. I think i have never waited over 5 min! ( they are right there!!)FAST!!! However ... I have had questions on pricing and fares.. And their app is very confusing...( or maybe it's just me!) seems like you have to jump thru hoops to get where u need to be .. To contact them thru email!! They are very quick responding.. 5 days ago I signed up for Uber because I needed to get a reoccurring ride to the doctor's office they arrived on time got me to my appointment and got me back home. Then I had a problem with my credit card nothing to do with Uber some suspicious charges in the credit card company had to cancel it and re-issue me a new one this is where the nightmare begins I went into app to try to update my credit card information after the 14th time of entering all my new information and answering it only to be sent back to where I started in the first place I gave up. Being someone that's over 60 I am accustomed to calling a customer service number in dealing with a live human being to resolve any problems. Not possible with Uber no such customer service number exist. Searching online for some way to contact Uber I was directed to go to their help page which is no help at all after 43 yes 43 attempts I counted them to resolve my problem I got the same answer every time that I would be sent an email that would give me a link to get into my account no such email ever came. This is just on excusable I thought that Comcast was a bad company until I tried to deal with AT&T and thought nothing could top that until I had to deal with Bank of America thinking how could anything be possibly worse than this. The Drivers usually complain about their pay and say they are usually slow because of too many drivers in Tulsa. The one I had was rude because they said they had only earned close to $8.00 from the airport to downtown. I car about other drivers and so I chose to use other services i.e. taxis. I know they charge a little more, but there are some that match the rideshare's price and pay their drivers more. I prefer companies that care about their drivers than not. read more

I set up a ride the night before to be picked up at 0815 the following morning. At 0830 the ride was still not there, and showed they were 12 minutes away. I had to cancel the ride and make new arrangements to get to my destination on time. First and only experience with them. Will not use again. read more

Dont waste your time using Uber. We ordered pizza and they never picked up our order from JC's pizza to be delivered. Uber kept pushing the delivery time back for over 2 hours. When i called JC's they informed me that the pizza had been ready for an hour and a half and was waiting for Uber driver to pick the order up. Uber never showed up. They took my credit card info. Needless to say i will rebuke the charges if they charge my card. I will never use uber again. And i will tell everyone i know not to use Uber.
