Uber drivers were really helpful and were there every time I needed a ride. Rates were around $30 from the airport to Bentonville, and really affordable for shorter rides to nearby places. Unfortunately, there were none or few cars available to take me from Bentonville to the airport, for those 6am flights. Uber drivers, it would be nice if there could be more of you during those early morning hours (4 - 5am), for driving passengers into the airport . Take note, some cab services that do those rides were fully booked for 4am rides!!

The kicker wasn't getting me to work 10-15 minutes late---the kicker was when they stopped to pick up some half-drunk or stoned guy walking down the street, apparently a drinking buddy. Decided to give them one more try a year or so later and it was even worse. Drove the wrong direction for 8-9 miles because apparently another drunk (or stoned) pal was passed out in the bushes and needed to be picked up. Driver was texting the whole time and weaving all over the road. Don't even bother with them. Truly worst business I've ever dealt with.

I called them at 9:15 a.m. and was then told they were now a car down and could not take me to Tulsa. Had to really hustle to get a ride. The least they could have done was call to give me a heads up. I found MuTul Airport Taxi and they delivered me at the last minute for half the price Mi Ryde Taxi was going to charge me.
