Over the following 3 weeks I had left 4 messages for a return phone call about my refund (I had paid for the rental up front on-line). I left one message for "accounting", one message for a manager and I had left 2 messages with the very unhelpful man who answers the phones who refused to give me any of the managers information or put me through to him. I still have not received my refund and have had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and file a claim with my bank for a fraudulent charge. Worst. Rental Company. Ever. I also think it's funny that there are one or two review websites giving Ausby 5+ stars however there is nowhere on the page to write your own review to state otherwise. Weird.

When we asked if there was a vehicle available at another location, his "solution" was to send us to the airport branch, which was 10 miles farther and would have cost us $175 more... a price increase for their mistake. When we reminded him that this was not what we agreed to, he refused to help, wouldn't connect us with anyone who could, and made it abundantly clear that keeping a customer satisfied simply wasn't a priority. MARK's attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and downright unprofessional. He showed no accountability for the company's failure to honor a confirmed reservation. In a business where reliability and customer service are everything, this experience with MARK was a total embarrassment. If you value your time, money, or sanity, take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of rental companies that understand what "customer service" actually means, this one (and MARK) clearly does not. I call customer service and the first person didn't understand and told me I would have to come back another day which made no sense since the locations office was complete cleaned out and vacant. The second customer service agent said I could drive it to there office at the international airport, different but ok, I drive another 13 miles to the airport, there is no budget truck rental there, at this point my wife starts having a anxiety attack and I'm having to get her to the hospital, the third customer service agent told me the address of a 24 hr drop off location since it looked like the first one was out of business and we were having a medical emergency but he told me the wrong address, he told me 4909 E 41st Tulsa ok, I got there and it's a shopping center, the 4th customer service agent told me it's 4909 w 41st so I drop 10 miles to E 41st then another 10 miles to 4909 W 41st st. Finally I was able to drop it off in a drop box with part of the contract just like I was instructed when I first picked up the truck, btw it was his first day at that location when I picked up the truck, he couldn't find everything he needed so not sure the check out process was even done right but now I'm waiting on my wife to get out of the ER her blood pressure is through the roof

A reservation had been made during a lengthy call with a foreign located call center on a Wednesday. Michael from Enterprise on Mingo calls four days later on a Saturday morning at 11:30 ( 30 minutes prior to branch locations closing) to inform me I would need to make another reservation somewhere else because the body shop doing repairs, about 5 miles from Mingo, was outside of his "service" area. Michael and Lee offered no further assistance. The call center reservation was a waste of time. Michael on Mingo should have contacted me much earlier! Customer service is an abstract concept at this location. FWIW, I'll be sharing this experience with my insurance and the body shop.

I needed to rent a car for a medical emergency in Oklahoma. I booked Avis through Costco travel. I…read moreexplained that there may be a need to return the car at another airport in Oklahoma and told was told to inquire at the airport when I picked up the car. I tried to ask the agent about the return policy and the cost if I needed to return to another location. I was dismissed and made a call to Avis to explain and was directed to ask again when I dropped the car off. No one had an answer for me. I was charged $100 more than the agreement even though I retuned the car 4 days earlier. I understand the policy regarding one way rentals, however, the fact the NO ONE I spoke with even attempted to answer my questions about the process, or even offered a simple condolence for my recent loss. It really isn't about the money that upsets me, but the lack of professionalism, basic customer service and human kindness. I will not be using Avis again for my rental needs.

He stood there while he had my call my insurance to see if they would cover a commercial moving truck, he stood there while I called around and tried to see if there was a way I could add the vehicle to a policy to avoid the couple hundred dollar charge Budget was going to make us pay. He flat out lied, and we did not know until the end of the trip. The truck we were given was filthy, we had to clean the glass to see out of it. There was a hole in the roof of the cab that leaked freezing water directly on the top of my head, and down my neck - for 3.5 hours. All the while, we were realizing the cab had ants all over the inside which progressively got worse! This was just flat out reckless and dangerous of them. We rushed home to get the move done and dropped off this garbage truck 2 days early. Budget customer service has done little to nothing to offer any sort of reasonable refund, won't answer questions either. Budget should be embarrassed, and ashamed - they should be able to take better care of their customers

They will let you reserve a car for…read moreSaturday and then call you 30 minute before your reservation to tell you that you can't even get it. Keep in mind I reserved the vehicle a week in advanced. They could have called me any day of the week but chose the last 30 minutes.
