So my sons Xbox stopped working... it just would not load. I tried all of the fixes I could find on Google and nothing helped. So I took it here. A quick diagnosis said it was either the operating system or the hard drive... the difference was 99 or 179. Well it turned out they could not even get the operating system to reload... thus a new hard drive. They did replace the old with a terra bite and faster hard drive then what we had so good there. They also fixed it in one day. Nice work... a bit pricy in my mind... but honestly I'm happy it is all good. I have a switch that needs fixing too... They handed us a phone we knew was not fixed but they insisted it was. It was frozen when the guy handed it back to us. He took it back did something and alarm went off on our iPhone, then it started working for a bit and then stopped at night. This created a very unsafe situation for us because of their ego. Handing a phone back that was supposed to have the screen fixed and put through testing before completion is unacceptable. We were out of a phone for two days because of that guy and ego. read more

They were very helpful in diagnosing the problem over the phone and told me upfront what the possible fixes were and the cost of each. When I drove to the store, an agent there showed me a pic of where the driver visited. Their driver had shown up at the wrong place! Instead of refunding the charge to my card, the store agent made excuses for the driver. I sent an email about this matter to ubreakifix and immediately got ubreakifix advertisements and no response to my concern. I expect a full refund. I am super mad at Samsung and their authorized dealer Ubreakifix. $1100 phone has absolute no physical damage. No absolute idea just randomly developed a green single line in the middle of the screen. All I remember I left inside of car and it was bit hot that day. When I returned back to car and touched it was extremely hot. After few hours that single line developed. front desk fellow in Ubreakifix Alpharetta concluded that its physical damage within 10 seconds of looking at it. Terrible experience at UBreakIFix!!! I needed a new keyboard for a laptop that UBreakIFix could not get. First they got the wrong part in and then when they couldn't get the part, they had me sign up with Asurion saying that if Asurion couldn't get the part, they would send me a brand new laptop. Does it sould like a big scam? Yes, because it is! Asurion won't fix your problem, first asking for pictures of your device repeatedly, then make you wait on hold forever and then find ways to say they have to charge you additional monies to get the repair done. There is already a monthly charge involved with having their worthless service. Do yourself a favor and don't go to UBreakIFix, but if you do, DO NOT sign up for Asurion. BIG WASTE OF MONEY and TIME!! I have since cancelled the Asurion service. read more

The only thing is that the screen that was replaced has just a bit of a different hue to it than the original screen but it's a very small difference. I cracked my screen and through Asurion insurance I was able to get my screen fixed for $29. The process with uBreakiFix was very simple. I simply dropped my phone off, provided some information, and they said they'd have it ready in 2 hours. I processed the claim in the AM, and it was ready that evening. I was out of town so they held it for me until I returned. They also texted a phone number I provided when it was ready. Excellent customer service and the phone is in "like-new" condition!
