Attempt number 2, they got the wrong part again. Third time was the charm, and they got my laptop working again. For a month. Now the tip snapped off the power adapter that they sold me (for quite a bit of money), and I am right back where I started, but out over 100 bucks for my troubles. Would definitely not recommend.
