This company is great! They're quick and easy to work with. I'm currently attending school nearby at the airforce base and dropped my phone one day on a tile floor. The incident left my phone unusable in any way and I went into panic mode because most of my schooling is done online and updates are generated every hour from my instructors/leaders/peers and so I was stressing out a bit. Sadly they do not have access on base so their "drive to you" option did not work for me when trying to get an appointment online through their website. I had to get a friend to drive me down there. For those of you that want to use that service, it will be a $30 down payment and that WON'T be counted towards your actual bill to fix your electronic device, but pays for their convenience of travel to you. Anyways, when I arrived I explained what happened and the associate that helped me (Caleb) did not hesitate to take on the task. He was pretty confident in being able to fix the problem by today and that gave me a strong sense of relief. He gave me an estimated 3hrs of work to fix my phone and before you know it, he was actually done in half the time. I didn't wander off too far so I was able to come back to the shop in 5 mins. I was excited to be presented with my phone looking like it was brand new, right out of the box. I played around with the screen and buttons as he generated my bill and it worked just as I expected! I was so happy. My device is a Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus and I was told it would be pricey to fix but I didn't flinch at the price because a brand new phone would have cost a ton more than what they charged for just a new screen. I paid around $280 for the service. After that, I promised to be more careful with my phone and actually bought a glass screen protector to avoid this ever happening again. I brought an Xbox in and they came to the conclusion of the motherboard having problems. I waited a month and with no updates. $260 dollars later, a month later, and the same day the problem is still happening. So the product was not fixed, and I could think maybe it wasn't that problem and they charged me $260 for a problem that may have not been the problem and waiting for a month. We have used this company twice and both times were extremely impressed with their service.

I called last week to check on prices for replacing my phones cracked screen. The lady I spoke with told me that I could pay 25$ over the phone and hold the screen so whenever I got there it would be waiting on me. Also the money goes towards the overall repair! I showed up today to get the screen repaired. They had me in the computer and were all ready for me! (Go me planning ahead). Courteous and friendly, the gentleman told me it wouldn't be an hour and they'd text me on my other phone and let me know when it was done, (so make sure you stay close or have someone with you they can get in touch with). Only took about 30ish minutes to fix, I had ran to another store close by. My phone screen looks great and because it's a Samsung, they also replaced the battery for me, which I was not expecting. That was a nice surprise. I also have a warranty with this business. Phone also works great! Very pleased with the work done here and I will continue to them for all my phone and pc repairs! I called and asked if they had a replacement screen for the a21s a217m they said yes. I traveled an hour and a half to get there gave them my phone for them to come back with we don't have the screen for this modle only for the a21. I told them over the phone my exact model and they lied about having it or did not listen having me drive through a quarter tank of gass and still walk away with a broken screen. First they wednesday rhen friday then monday then wednesday then friday and then monday They says they replace it and it still didn't work they say it need something else we got it home they have damage even more not just the port but wiring to port when replace port the made mess of the wires and so their is now more work need then before do not use them. They lied about time and then made a big mess of my laptop. Save you self the headache they lied and the man there is also very defensive.
