Before I had my iPhone screen replaced tech told me it would work as it did before. It does not. Facial recognition does not work and the battery runs down in 90 minutes. Do not trust this company. I took my computer in for a battery repair. When they sent it back my space bar didn't function. they refused to honor the warranty and fix there shawdy work. Do not use these crooks. They use after market parts, make you sign up for a subscription. My screen replacement was so low quality it cracked on my ear just by taking a phone call; they didn't care and didn't honor their warranty. I called the tapestry Park store and talked to Will who was very nice and friendly, told him that I had an issue with my WebCam code 45, that I never used before and my USB port started acting up about June or July. He said no problem bring it in we can fix it. I was standing at the door at noon on Sunday and gave them my laptop, mouse, cord in a laptop bag. I was told it would be a free diagnosis and call you for a repair that are needed within 24 hours. I called them around Tuesday afternoon more than 48 hours later and a pompous, sarcastic, arrogant individual told me they couldn't fix it and they can wipe it and reinstall windows. I asked him what they did they said try to install new drivers and I told him I tried that also, and I don't want it to wiped because I did a reset. I don't have another day to install everything, he told me I can come pick it up then, I told him no I want you to diagnose and troubleshoot it and call me when it's fixed. He said he would see what he can do and reach back out to me, you have to reach out to me in the first place to be able to reach back out to me I think. He said that he would talk to the tech and look over the notes, a couple hours later I had my wife go pick it up. When I went back on my laptop today my screensaver is missing and some things were out of whack. I immediately called the store and happened to talk to Will again who tried to diagnose and troubleshoot whatever they did over the phone. He stated sounds like a virus?! He wanted me to bring it back in which I cannot do because I'm working today and I will go out of town for seven days tomorrow. He finally called one of the technicians and got back to me and said they didn't do anything, nevertheless I have my laptop as well as new scratches, looks like they placed something on top of it to dig in the top of my laptop. I brought both of my iPads to get fixed at the beach location, they fixed the screens for both iPads which came out to a total of $375 just to fix and they also charged me for a product they sell which is a liquid glass screen protector to make the screen stronger as per what they said but instead my screen shattered once again. I called them to make a complaint and see if they can help me out but instead they gave me another quote on fixing the screen and I think that's complete bullshit. You sold me a product saying it wouldn't shatter again but it did and here you are wanting me to pay to fix my screen again. I will never do business with this company or refer anyone there or to any location. This company is a bunch of lying thieves that sell products and want your money.
