Excellent service, replaced my daughters iPhone screen and gave me a LIFETIME warranty. I was in and out of there is less than 20 minutes. I would suggest calling ahead and bringing cash as their credit card machine does not always work. I have to leave this review because I was not expecting the answer I got today. I'm unsure of the young man that helped me but I'm going to assume he is the owner of the wonderful establishment. I took in 2 laptops one with a port issue and another with a mouse issue. The diagnostic is super affordable but I'm not going to lie I was nervous about how much it would cost to fix two laptops this young man has charged me nothing! I appreciate the wonderful customer service and the time he put into finding and fixing the problems. This shows there's still good people out in the world. Busted Samsung Galexy screen. No problem!. My daughter dropped her phone a few months ago. Getting it fixed just wasn't on my radar but when her phone started having problems I knew I had better get it done. I was out and about in Riverside and Googled screen repair. This location was nearby so I called just to make sure they had the part. It was in stock and it told me to drop by. I have to say I was very impressed. The location is in a strip mall and when you come in the first thing you see is a big pool table. Then you see some video games and what appears to be graffiti all over the walls. The dacor reminded me of the video game rooms when I was a kid. The gentleman who helped repair the phone screen was very nice. He even gave us a pool game for free. The wait was maybe about 25 to 30 minutes. The price was reasonable. I will definitely be back especially since I have now dropped my own phone and need a new screen LOL. Did a great job fixing my IPhone 5. Had a badly damaged screen. Wait time was less than a hour. They have some games to occupy your time if you choose to wait. Which is awesome. These gentlemen are incredible! They have changed a cracked screen on my iPhone 6, done in minutes. Today I took in IPhone 7 for a severely cracked/shattered screen. I was told by my cell phone service supplier on Saturday that the phone needed replacement so I filed a claim receiving my new phone 3 days later. Today the supplier told me I should replace screen so I could try to download info that was not on my cloud. That is why I went to REKONEKT!!!! It was also done in 15-20 minutes - Well my phone DOES WORK, there was no internal damage!!! I followed up with service supplier so they can return new phone, refund my $100 and credit me for the claim. brought my phone in to be fixed, after an hour he told me it was unfixable. so I bought another iPhone and asked him to simply switch the front camera out of my old one to the new one so it will work. by the time I came back (another hour) my phone wouldn't even turn on back on. (mind you it was fully functional other than the camera) So to "fix the issue" he replaced my 2 iPhone 7 plus (32 & 64 gb) with an iPhone 6 16 gb phone. and to top it all off when I took it to another shop for a second opinion they told me there was parts missing from BOTH my devices. avoid going here if you can I promise you'll regret it !!! read more
