A few weeks back I swapped my kid's computer extension cord for a multi outlet. This thing was so heavy, it wiggled out and made some sparks, then the computer went dead. We thought the power source had burned. Last Saturday I took it to ubreakifix, and talked to Jacob. I told him what happened, he took it to the back. Two minutes later, he brought it back and said that he had drained the power out, turned it on, and the computer was working. I was absolutely surprised by how quickly he had figured out the issue, and by his honesty. He could have said that some special part was needed, kept it for a few days, and charged me a fortune. He didn't. Yes, there are still some good people in the world, and Jacob is one of them. Needless to say, whenever I have a problem with a computer or a phone I will come back to see him. I stopped in last week because I couldn't charge my phone with a cord and trying to use in my car was becoming impossible. I called Asurion through Verizon for insurance claim and they wanted to send me a brand new phone for $99. The awesome folks in store were able to confirm that it's most likely lint in the charging port and were able to fix it within 60 seconds for $20. Lesson learned on how to fix it myself in the future and was able to keep my same phone. Awesome people and awesome service! read more

I highly recommend this place as they fixed a transfer of apps from one phone to another while i waited even though the Xfinity store could not do so even though the Xfinity 800 number suggested I go bc to them. Dudes are stupid. "Fixed" my screen and told me it was a 90 day warranty. it started messing up a few hours after it was fixed. They showed me how to soft reset phone to fix screen. I have to reset it 20 times a day to just be able to be functional. Wont offer anything else to fix. They used after market parts that are not accepted by my iPhone. They won't fix it. Just tell me to reset phone whenever it happens. I don't use phone much, but every time I do use it, I need to soft reset it. don't trust the parts they use. read more

They don't stand by their fixes. Broke my phone screen last year. Paid $300+ to fix it here. They put in a new screen. This screen died 3 months later in July 2024. They put in a new screen for free saying that it was a common thing with my phone model. It just died again today in April 9 months later. They said that I would owe another $300+ because it had been a little over a year since my ORIGINAL fix. They don't stand behind a year warranty for their repairs. Crappy company who overcharges and their products don't even last a year. First screen lasted 3 months, next screen lasted 9 months. Neither lasted a year and now they want $300+ to do another screen (which will most likely be low quality like they did the past two times). I was fine paying the first time because I broke my phone screen, after that, if the screen that they put in doesn't last a year and just dies, they don't stand behind it. Be warned. This place is a scam and they do not stand behind their repairs. read more

Bought a s20+5g from Best buy that did not work. (they were no help) after going to Best Buy 3 times to try and get my phone fixed, I called Samsung customer service. This place is fantastic. My daughter's phone had a cracked screen. I looked around for repair stores with great reviews and we chose this place to give it a try! I called ahead and they said they had all the parts and that I didn't need to worry about an appointment I then proceeded to drive 2 hours to get to their location, I got to their location and their worker grabs my phone looks at it and walks into the back, he comes back "uhhhmm I'm sorry we don't have this product." Over the phone they gave me a $30-$90 estimate, he proceeds to say that it's gonna be $300-$400 to repair and it would be upwards of 2 hours. read more

Horrible customer service!!! I scheduled an appointment online to have my screen replaced. Arrived 10 min before appointment to only find out that I would have to wait 6 hours before they could repair my screen, and I would have to leave my phone the entire time. I was told that walk-ins have the same priority as appointments, so what is the freakin' point of taking appointments if you don't honor them. Taking my business elsewhere and will be sure to let everyone I can know to go elsewhere to have their items repaired. read more

I waited for OVER 45 minutes at your Littleton Colorado location when I and many other patrons had an appointment scheduled for 10 am on 12/30/2020. This wouldn't have been a problem if any employees had actually bothered to show up. This is absolutely disgusting customer service and they should be extremely embarrassed by their inability to provide a service that they where allowing clients to book in. I'm furious, I've been waiting for this appointment for two weeks. I contacted customer service and was told that this location was not running holiday hours and should have been opened on time then left to wait. Turns out the owner was in attentive enough to not bother informing anyone that they wouldn't be gracing us with their presence on the 31st or 1st.
