Great Process and it's nice to support a local business during this weird time. Atilla responded to a quote request in 2 minutes. We talked and discussed the fix I needed. He provided a reasonable quote and said that he could be out to my house in less than an hour. He showed up with a mask (as we are still trying to social distance) and did the work right at the house in his vehicle.
