Brought my 2019 Macbook 16" in on 8/17/22 for a screen replacement. They quoted me $320 and about 1-2 weeks estimated wait time. I accepted. About a week later, I get a phone call stating that the replacement screen is actually $620 and I need to accept the overage. It's also recommended that I purchase the $25/month Asurion plan to expedite the service and decrease the price to $590. I need the laptop for work and I've invested a lot into the original purchase, so I reluctantly accept to the $590 price and the asurion plan. 1 week later, I call in to check on the status. They say I never accepted the overage. I tell them I accepted already and they should proceed and order the part. I call again the next day to verify that the part is ordered, and the phone is off the hook. Straight to voicemail. I drive there in person and tell them the situation. They say I still have not accepted the overage charge. I sit there with him for an hour until he puts the order through and actually processes the order for the part. 2 weeks later. We are at 9/23/2022 now. The part is installed and working. They ask me to come in the next day and pick it up. I arrive the next day, and immediately notice something wrong. The replacement screen's clamshell they used is Silver. My laptop is Space Gray. So now, half of my laptop is space gray and the other half is silver. I decline this and tell them to order the correct display. Today is 10/6/2022. Everytime I call to check on a status, the phone goes straight to voicemail. Whenever I stop by to check in person, the store is closed during normal business hours. Stay away from this location at all costs. My $2200 Apple laptop is gone and I do not know if I will ever receive it. read more

I visited this store for the first time with a family who had just moved to the U.S.. Their cell phone broke on their difficult trip over and Alex and the team at this location immediately fixed it and made every effort to communicate with someone who spoke very little English. When we discovered another issue with the phone, we returned and their quick and courteous response was just as great. I will definitely return with my own phone and other devices....it's like having your own personal tech support! read more

I called in to get an estimate to fix the broken screen on my S21+ because my insurance needs a quote before I can get it fixed. The nonchalant front desk person (or whoever picked up the phone), said, "we don't do estimates." Now beyond the ludicrous fact that pretty much all businesses, of all kinds provide an estimate for their repairs, and these people don't, I checked through my emails, and the California store that I used to go to sends an estimate (a written one). So I contacted their customer service store (corporate) who said that they are able to provide a written repair estimate, and then transferred me back to this store. A different employee picked up this time and when I informed him of this policy he said, "I don't what the corporate does, or whatever store does, we don't provide estimates." I am appalled and perplexed by this. So I got an estimate from Best Buy, which is also Samsung Authorized, and is CHEAPER, and will be going to them. This store and company deserve a 0 star for having rude/uninformed employees and not a proper corporate policy, letting individual stores run amuck. read more

Terrible experience. Let me just tell you what happened... I scheduled an appointment online, showed up to the store, and it was closed. The handwritten note on the door said they had staffing issues and I should call another location. I never received a phone call or notification that they were closed. OK, that's not a big deal; I understand things happen, so I made an appointment with another location for the next day. I told the new location up front that I had a PC that needed a screen repair. When I showed up to the appointment, the employee immediately looked at me and said "computer repairs are 3.5 weeks out." He couldn't even see me for a diagnostic consultation that day, even though I had an appointment for one! He said he would reschedule me for a consult the same time next week. I go home, defeated, only to find out that he rescheduled me for a completely different time! I also called customer service to get a quote. The representative told me she would call back in 30 minutes, but she never called back. Needless to say, this is clearly a company-wide customer service issue. I guess I'll try repairing it myself! Brought in my Samsung phone. They identified the issue and replaced the battery in a few hours. It's been working great since. However the service you get seems to depend on who you talk to. The best tech is working out of a different location and only sometimes at this store. You'll get completely different answers on simple things like store hours, never mind information on how long a repair will take. read more

This review is quiet long, but worth the read I went to take in my MacBook on a Thursday, lady that took care of me said the parts would be ordered when I was ready to leave and should be ready Monday. Price was very high, $570. I said, ok fine. The lady asked me to pay $25 to insure that my parts will get ordered, turns out, she signed me up for a membership without my consent!!! Had to call customer service to cancel that. However, I needed my laptop fixed and was desperate. Friday, no call or update, Saturday same thing. Sunday they are closed. I go to call them Monday asking what time I should pick up...THEY'RE CLOSED!! Tuesday rolls around, I go straight in and ask for my laptop. They confess that they never even ordered the parts for my MacBook and was going to today. The lady that helped me wasn't even originally from that store and didn't know what she was talking about. I took my laptop and left. Guy helping me kinda refused to give it back too. I had to be firm with him. Anyway, I found a better place that is saving me $300. I got my $25 refund back as well. read more

Went to get a iPad screen fixed 3 weeks later. Still no iPad.then they it's ready. We go to pick it up and it's not our iPad. They seem to have lost ours. He said he would call us back in 2 hours. No call back so I went to store. They found it but no work was done,still broken. He said the order got messed up. Never going there again. read more

I had an issue with my phone. I thought I was going to need a new one. I've been paying for insurance so I decided to go check this place out. The price of new phones is outrageous. I walked in and I said my phones not working. It's not charging the screens not coming on. I think it's completely broken. I was thinking they would probably maybe give me a refurbished phone. The employee that helped me his name is Anthony. He asked for my phone plugged it in and before I could say that I had it plugged in all day the phone icon turned on and was working fine. I don't know what he did or how he did it. He explained it to me twice and I still couldn't understand.‍ I just shook my head and said thank you so much you just save me $600 on purchasing another phone. I'm a little bit older and like to think that I am tech savvy but apparently I am not. The young man that helped me was so nice polite and took his time with me he said it has something to do with the new Apple program. I could only take his word for it they didn't charge me anything. It took all of five minutes and most of that was me explaining to them what I did and why I thought it wasn't working. Anthony was awesome I give this place five stars. I was so happy. I never write reviews but, I felt that I needed to do so on this occasion. read more
