It was hard to find it in the building, too. I was happy with their communication and the expert young men working there. I felt it was honest work done right. Good advice, too. I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra that I destroyed the screen falling in my driveway on ice (bruised ego). I had called around other places first, and the quotes were matter-of-fact and no detail. I didn't feel confident with them. I called Larry and he explained everything. Why my screen repair was more expensive (curved edges), and that I was going to get a genuine OEM part from Samsung. I paid the deposit, and a little extra for overnight shipping. Went in the next day, and within 40 minutes, my phone was back looking and acting brand new. When I picked up my laptop yes the lcd was fixed and replaced (4 days after the original expected date) but now I have to get my wireless airport fixed because they damaged it. DON'T USE THEM!!

In a clumsy move Mon, my laptop fell to the floor. Although it landed on 2 rugs, it also hit the corner of a wooden foot stool, as evidenced by a dent in the cover. Upon opening it, I saw the screen "looked" cracked - leaking liquid from behind the glass. Who to call? Did not want to call GS or visit BB, where the laptop was purchased 5 years prior. Googled computer repair near me and found DAS Repair Group. The average of the reviews was a 5! I needed someone I could trust to advise whether it was worth fixing or replacing. Hands down, they advised fixing a great computer. 2 knowledgeable, honest young men own and run this business. They provided a quote, immediately, along with an estimated ETA of Fri. I also discussed a Wi-Fi capable printer that was not responding and they provided possible solutions, or following up when I picked up the laptop. It was ready late Wed, a full 24-48 hours before their estimated ETA. Greeted by name when I entered their business both for drop off and pick up, Steve and Dan have a vested interest in establishing a relationship with their clients/customers. What I paid for repair was exactly what they quoted. We discussed the printer and I resolved the problem when I got home. I would highly recommend these guys for any of your tech needs. This is my second time going to them and once again they did amazing work on my computer. I brought it in with heating issues and told them what was going on, even told them what frames I was getting in the games I was playing too - which to my surprise, turned out that wasn't supposed to happen either. They fixed both the heating and the frames issue. Installed a new cooler and 3 more case fans that I brought in, even bought 32gb of ram off of them and this computer runs better than it ever has - temperature and framerate wise. They come highly recommended, and I'll definitely be bringing my computer - or any other hardware I need repaired - back a third, fourth, and fifth time. Their prices are low and very reasonable, and the quality of work they provide is top tier. I recommend this place to anyone who needs any work done to computers or electronics in general. DAS Repair Group does very good work and has excellent customer service. My hard drive died on my 4 year old laptop. They diagnosed it for free and told me how much it would cost to put a SSD drive in. I told them before the HD died the laptop had been running very slow. They said it was because of the mechanical hard drive, they slow down over time. The solution was to put a solid state drive in. I decided to fix the laptop and had them upgrade my memory from 4GB to 8GB. They put a 500 GB SSD drive in. All for $300 with tax! My laptop now runs like it's brand new! Just got off the phone with DAS (talked with Don) with questions about upgrading my PC due to upcoming incompatibility with Windows 11. I received informative answers on all my inane questions since I barely know what a PC even is. (I heard they're catching on) There was no pressure, and it was suggested I wait until they stop supporting Windows 10 in Oct 2025 and then check on what my needs will be at that time. After finding that my operating issues was a defective power supply I decided to upgrade my hard drive to current standards.Steve explained my choices based upon my usage of the computer.He was able to copy everything from my old drive -data,pictures,and programs.
