So I've gone in there twice now with the same PC. Silly prebuilt that is... laughably constructed by Asus ROG. I started having a few issues and they quickly figured out what was the issue (corrupt OS). A month or so later I had to bring it back because I had some parts I'd like installed and had a few more problems. Excellent service! My xps 13 was dead and I took it to them. Both Steve and Dan are extremely professional and friendly. They keep me in the loop and informed me how much it's going to cost. They also provided their honest opinion about whether it's worth fixing it or to get a new one. I decided to keep it and they fixed it. I hit a roadblock while building my first rig. I kinda panicked, and then I remembered I'd seen their Ad in my Instagram feed a few days prior. I shot them a DM a little after midnight on a Saturday night, expecting I might get a response in the morning, and much to my surprise they responded instantly. I dropped my PC off first thing Monday, and within 4 hours I got call back informing me of the issue. Within ~6 hours my pc was ready to be picked up, looking wayyy more gorgeous than when I dropped it off (amazing cable management). So I started with 2 computers that were not working correctly. I reached out to ask them when they could ook at the computers and see what was up. Was able to get an appointment in relatively no time they were able to tell me what they were going to do, explained their diagnostic service and price. Their diagnostic price is a 3rd of what other places charge let's just start there. I knew they would have the computers all the next day which I totally understood and they called me later on 1st day to tell me what was going on and what they found. They discussed options. I had them do the repairs needed was able to pick up my computers today, 2 days later. Everything is fixed and running. there were no surprises and no hidden fees. They got everything up and running before I left made sure I could get to everything I needed and answered every question I had.
