Amazing service! The front desk woman was very patient and kind with everyone. They work off a que so you'll want to drop it off as soon as you can. They accept walk ins but signing up for an appointment spends it up a little by getting all your info in the system ahead of time. I had a screen issue with my Pixel 8 that was under warranty (there's a Google site you can put your info into to see when your warranty expires). They confirmed that the phone was under warranty and the issue I had would be covered. I overheard them giving very reasonable quotes to others in line that were not under warranty. We dropped it off and had it back within 4 hours! We'll be back with any other tech issues. Lots of meters available and a parking garage. A few 15 min free spots. read more

I can't vouch for their care of other brands and devices, but do not take your iPhones here. I brought it in to have my cracked screen replaced. They fixed my screen but immediately my phone started having a bunch of software issues. I brought the phone back and they claimed it was just a coincidence, nothing they did. My battery also started draining very quickly after I replaced the screen. They recommended a factory reset, which I did, but it made the battery problem worse. They were nice, but they basically broke my phone and then said there was nothing more they could do and took no responsibility. read more

The staff was extremely friendly to us and other customers and took the time to explain likely causes and ways to effect a repair. The tech, Anthony, got it working and took the time to perform a secondary check and had to make a slight adjustment to ensure future operation. My wife's phone screen broke. Luckily we had insurance, filed a claim online and then just walked right into the store to be greated by a nice gentleman who explained the repair process to us. He apologized that I may be a couple hours as they have lots repairs to do. Sure enough about 2 hours later her phone was done and looked like new. I have been a customer on more than one occasion at this business. I have used the Farnham location each time. I must say each and every time. I have received service above and beyond. However, on the last occasion there was a problem that I realized once I got home. I was unable to call right away because the PS5 was picked up near closing hour. to be honest, I probably wouldn't have it had my pointed it out. He autistic and he knows every inch of this Ps5. Long story short there were 2 issues. I called I spoke with a man named Nolan he was very kind and professional. He did ask if we could get it back to him as soon as possible so he could examine it. My biggest concern was that it would not be resolved. Not because of my conversation with him, but there are so many people in this world that take advantage of companies trying to get something for free. I however not one of those people. I did not expect my money back for a job that was performed. I needed to get this resolved because my son was beside himself. I must say I was very pleased. Nolan resolved those issues. you do not like this anymore again I think a lot of it comes back to people trying to get something for free. Not only was I ecstatic that Nolan was of this for actually involved us in the process. He did not make any assumptions and gave us more than alternative of how could rectify it. Given that this is my gaming system, I involve him in the process. My son being a child and special needs he did an answer he wanted something a little bit above and beyond. Nolan heard what he had said and he would've absolutely done that for him. Had he had that in stock. I was taking a back because I think any other would have said absolutely not! After connecting with Samsung and confirming that my daughters Z flip3 phone failed at the fold and not due to damage, they sent me to UBreak. Ubreak first wanted to charge $500 because we did not have insurance and when we mentioned it was under the 1 year manufacturers warranty (only owned for 6 months) they then lied and said we removed the screen protector. We have never removed anything from it and they are just trying to find a way to rip us off! I am not sure why Samsung wants to work with Ubreak as they try to rip off customers. Will never go back or refer anyone to them! Beware! read more
