This place is my go-to for Apple product services. They have repeatedly assisted me with difficult hardware upgrades and a services. They're always friendly and very understanding. The work is outstanding. Cost is more reasonable than many locations in town. I find that aspect about them to be reasonable. Parking is simple. I've never had a difficulty with that, there. The clerk told me the guy who worked on it had been fired, but that didn't stop him from wanting to charge me a second time for the same problem. I brought a pair of head phones in to be fixed on November 6th of 2025 due to only one side of them working. They said they would run a diagnostic and be in touch once it was done to discuss the issue, price and further action. Two weeks went by without a word so I called and they say they've already started repairs, about a month later I call to check the progress since they still hadn't given me a single update. When I call they say I told them the wrong side of the headphones and so they worked on the wrong side that whole time and just started with the actually broken side. I would think the whole point of the diagnostic I paid for would help locate the issue but apparently not since they wanna say I told them the wrong side. Anyways its now January 3rd, I still have yet to hear anything about them. I called twice today no answer, emailed awhile back no answer. Im at a point where I don't even care if they are fixed I just want them back with me and away from that place. I'm very impressed with the services that I have received from IFixOmaha. I have had two batteries replaced. One for an iPhone 5 and another one for an iPhone 8. Both were installed quickly, perfectly, and for the same price that they quoted me. I left both phones overnight and both were ready as promised. IFixOmaha is highly recommended by me. My buddy had a screen protector installed on his Android phone by IFixOmaha. It was less than $80 bucks and has a lifetime warranty that covers both the replacement cost as well as labor cost. Which is great. The protector got a crack when he dropped the phone. Getting a new one installed was easy and it only takes IFixOmaha about 10 minutes to replace the protector. After I saw my friend's $600 phone was saved because he had a $74 dollar screen protector on it I bought one to replace the subpar one that came on my new iPhone 12. My husband took my Kindle I received from my uncle who passed and onvthat Kindle had books downloaded he wrote. I only wanted a port. The tech talked him into putting a new battery in when it was unecessary. I hadnt picked up the kindle since January when it was fixed and when battery ran down, i tried to plug cord to charge. THE PORT DID NOT WORK. He took it back and they said "port is bad." NO KIDDING." The manager told my husband I broke it because it was soldered and I refuse to believe solderong is not putting a new port it. Manager refused to stand by their work. The manager was obstinate and defensive as if it couldnt be their fault. I don't recommend the Cass Street iFix. read more

I had my son's iPhone xs max screen replaced twice. the second time the screen went black while under warranty. I took it in to the cass location and they proceeded to tell me the board was damaged and the screen was ok. it has been a little bit but I decided to order a new screen. I took the old one that was supposed to still be good according to them. Low an behold the new screen I ordered worked immediately. There is no board level issue. They also severed the earpiece speaker ribbon cable which affects face id. I had to order a replacement too. I would steer clear of this company and oluse someone else. read more

They are not really sure when stuff can be completed but will only answer questions with a "We might be able to do that". When my iPad would barely hold a charge, I contacted iFix on Cass and scheduled an appointment which was easy to do online. Prices for battery replacement were also online so there wasn't a big unexpected surprise. I dropped my iPad off at lunchtime one day and picked it up at lunchtime the next day. Price was reasonable and certainly cheaper than purchasing a new iPad and a shorter commute (and probably less aggravation) than going all the way out to the Apple Store. Ever had your iPhone run over by a car only to have the screen look like a spider spun its web across it? Yeah, me neither. My son did though. After a call to Sprint, I learned that this type of damage isn't covered under warranty. Bummer. Utilizing the powerful Yelp search engine, I found iFixOmaha; complete with stellar reviews. I'll just throw another high review on the pile. The screen was damaged (obviously) but, miraculously not the body of the iPhone. The time to replace the screen was now and it took about half an hour. The staff here was friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the honesty of them saying the rest of the phone was fine. It was $99 to replace the screen, much more reasonable than a new smartphone. Hopefully, I won't be in there again. But if for some reason another screen goes Spider-Man, I know I'll be going here! read more

Horrible experience. My daughter needed her phone fixed so I dropped it off midday. They told me they would call me when it was ready the same day. No one ever called so I ended up stopping back out there a few minutes before they closed. This was several minutes before 6. They were in the process of walking out of the store and locking up and I asked them why no one called me, and they basically ignored me and walked to their car. Never again. IFix Omaha provides great service. This is the first time I have dropped in at the Cass Court location, but the attention and service was just as helpful and courteous as the Papillion location. I asked for help with my Moms' older model iPad. It was frozen on the Apple logo. It needed a factory reset, but I couldn't make it work. The staff at iFix Omaha reset it for me for less than $40.00. Great place to get your iPhone fixed. My wife got her iPhone screen replaced after she dropped it a few months ago. The price was cheap compared to other places and they did it quick and they had a sales going on and the total was only $50 plus tax. It's a tiny shop in a plaza on Cass street and it was a tad hard to find. We walked in and the receptionist was very nice. We dropped our phone off and about an hour later, they gave me a call and we went and picked it up. Great screen and great experience. I will definitely be checking with these guys first for any cell phone repairs. read more

Bad customer service can be defined when a business fails to meet the customer expectations in terms of service quality, when they fail to back a product or warranty they sell and or overall poor customer service experience. ifixOmaha in Papillon surpasses the definition of "Bad Customer Service" they are unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and unapologetic. The manager Troy called my 17 year old daughter a liar and even after his sales associate admitted his error, Troy not only failed to acknowledge he himself was wrong but continued to deny any responsibility and the warranty claim as well. Dropped my iPhone 6S Plus at work and the screen had hundreds of little cracks in it. Totally unusable. Apple fixing it costs $149 plus tax and I couldn't get the phone back as quickly as I wanted. Took it to iFixOmaha near 76th and Dodge. (There are three other locations as of the writing of this review.) 1.5 hours and $84 later I had my phone back and it works better than when I took it in. What more do you need from a phone fix-it place than ine I have only one small complaint. Somehow they ruined my phone case as it is warped now and unusable. So I wouldn't leave your phone case with them because they apparently are not careful with them. read more

I brought my Ipad to be fixed, when I went to take it back not only was not fixed but they broke the screen and the power button. They charged me in advance the full amount to fix it and they refund me but they kept anyway 35.00 dollars plus taxes. I Never will going to them again. read more

I live out of state and whenever I come to Omaha twice a year I come here. I've had batteries, cracked screens and screen protectors done. They have a great life time screen protector policy. My problem is with the last repair they did, I had assumed they replaced my screen protector as has always been done. It wasn't. My iPad fell from 1" high in a good case. The screen broke. I had them confirm there was no screen protector and there was not. Has they replaced it it would not have broken. The information of my screen protector purchase was in my records. Was it possible it could've broken with the screen protector? Yes, absolutely. But was it probable, no, I honestly don't believe so. I didn't feel I should not pay for the price for a new screen that should've had a screen protector on it. I opted not to have it repaired at my full cost. I am disappointed. Like I said, I've had many great repairs. This was totally avoidable but now it's time for anew iPad. Final warning don't assume that your screens are being replaced automatically verify and check and make sure they know that you purchased the lifetime screens and when you get your repair back you need to make sure that you have a screen on your device. It's up to you to make sure that they put it back on. read more

Hardly ever a line I only had to tell them I didn't have time to wait in this line once and they got me in and out. That's how it should be for those of us with important social roles. They even refused my payment when I told them I needed to pay them something for their time. They could've easily taken advantage of the situation and gotten me to pair repairs for $50+ dollars, but they did the honest thing. Honest and efficient! Highly recommend! I cracked my iPhone screen the other day and after a quick Yelp search, decided to come to iFix to get it fixed. I'm so glad I did! The service was super quick, the people extremely friendly, and for $59 (they were having a holiday sale), the price was perfect. It took all of 25 minutes and my phone came out looking brand new. When I got home, I noticed the screen didn't fit so tightly -- the bottom corner didn't fully connect with the screen. I went back to iFix the next morning and the man who worked there explained the new screen didn't fit 100% because my iPhone frame itself was bent (which is apparently pretty common). He offered to quickly look at it again, but told me it probably wouldn't too much. He took another quick look and tightened it a bit. Fortunately, my phone cover still covers it. Went to have back glass repaired and they damaged the phone more in the process. Had to wait several days to get that issue resolved and the new glass they installed cracked. I went to get that looked at as their website states all parts and labor covered by lifetime warranty and they refused to fix it and blamed issue on me. My laptop was dropped and my keyboard stopped working. I took it to iFixOmaha after best buy couldn't do anything about it. The service was quicker than I expected. They forgot to give me my laptop charger when I picked it up so I had to drive back 30 minutes to get it. They had lost it so they had to give me a new charger. I am not giving one star since they didn't charge me for the diagnostic and the staff was pleasant. They took my phone for 2 days after I had dropped it in the river the weekend prior. I had to make multiple calls after the 48 hour expected turn around time to find out that they'd determined my phone not fixable. Instead of purchasing a new phone I took it to another phone repair store who actually heard me out on the issues. The phone turned on while plugged in, but would not hold a charge. They are at least following through with getting a new battery and working to fix the problem. Disappointed that I didn't go with the other company first and am surprised with the lack of follow through. read more

I give this place 1-star. I took my PC in for a cleaning. They told me a week before they would even touch it. One week passed and they finally started working on my PC. They told me they needed to replace my radiator. I told them that was fine. Took another week for them to get the part. Said my PC would be done on Monday, possibly Tuesday. Then came Wednesday and they finally finished my PC. After asking me if it was okay to charge me to simply move files from one storage device to another, I told them no because that should be something that should not cost someone. Finally I went to pick my PC up. After 2 and a half weeks I finally was getting my PC back. I walk into the store and my fans and PC still had a mass amount of dust collected on the fans and the bottom and top of the PC. Mind you I took it in to get cleaned. And yet, my PC was still dirty. After charging $600+, they still did not complete the task I asked them to perform. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place if you have a PC or any important documents or files on the PC. read more

Took my phone into the Papillion Store to have it fixed. It was a horrible experience and I found it to be understandably so after I contacted Jeff the Regional Manager. Jeff was all ears as he got my information then he said he would look at videos and call me back. Ironically Jeff was not able to see interactions I and words spoken to me, by "Watching the videos". Therefore stating that what I said happened, didn't happen. I'm wondering how what happened, what I was a part of could not be on the video now according to Jeff. Jeff offered for me to "Watch the videos" with him. I was there, I know what happened. Jeff picked a couple of things he could try to criticize and blame me and totally ignored all of the obvious multiple things that did go wrong. I now have a phone that people are saying they can't hear me when I call them and I am out the money I paid. When I was at the store and stated I was going to file a complaint the an employee appeared to try to hide his grin. I suspect now he knew how well that was going to go with Jeff. On to the Police Station to file a report and I have contacted the BBB. Getting in contact with the owner has been impossible for me. read more
