Do not come here it's a scam. Online it quotes $79-200 for the iPhone screen fix. I get here and get quoted 240 or 400+ I got the 240 which is the asursion brand and let me tell you the person there was too busy about getting money didn't say what the difference was. Then I'm picking up my phone and then I notice that the screen is sticking out and my phone no longer fits in my case. I made a comment and all he could respond was oh yeah it does that. I'm sorry I paid 270 bucks for the screen to be sticking out and then for it to delay in touch when I'm typing or trying to enter my password. WHAT A SCAM! Stay far away from here UPDATE: screws from the charging port seem to be sticking out AND battery life is messed up within 5 minutes of me not using my phone the battery life went down by 10% read more

When I dropped my IPhone in the toilet, Asurion, the insurance provider sent me to this little 2 man shop, unimpressive from the outside but these guys really know what they are doing. They had to download everything from my broken phone to a new one. When it didn't look like the procedure would be completed by closing, I started to panic a bit. There is no way I could leave my phone overnight because I have to have the GPS to drive the 20 miles home. The employee working with me understood my predicament and offered to stay there with me after closing until my new phone downloaded so I could have the GPS. It wasn't very long after the shop closed that the download was complete. I was amazed that this total stranger would do something so kind and so profoundly important to me for absolutely nothing in return. Thank you, Dayban, your kindness was unexpected and rare in today's world. I will always be extremely grateful for what you did for me tonight. I was trying to get my PS5 hdmi replaced and this location was closest to me. it says their store hours were 10am-7pm mon-Saturday. I called at 10:30 ish to get a quote and every time I called it said they were not open yet, maybe there system is set up that way I don't know so cool I'll just go there in person to ask. when I got there i was greeted by a gentleman and was trying to explain what happened/what I needed repaired. as soon as I said the word hdmi he cut me off and said "it's 200 dollars before tax and it's gonna be a week to get it back to you" now I'm all for direct information but I just didn't appreciate how he went. so I went about my business. I called the other location on Broadway and they were much more professional and said if I could bring it in that day, they could finish it most likely by the end I dropped it off at around 10:30 AM and by 1:15 p.m. It was finished and they also replaced my disc drive because it was broken off, free of charge as well. iPhone 8plus was working great. Went in to get my screen fixed and something was wrong when they opened it and they couldn't fix screen. In the process they messed up the home button and it doesn't work anymore. Not even for Touch ID and they apparently couldn't do nothing about it. I don't recommend this place. **STAY AWAY** Went in to take my iPad to get the charging port checked. They said it works but battery is bad. Charged me 162.xx and it turned on but when asked if it charged it didn't take the charge. They said they didn't realize it had that problem until I asked if it charged. Asurion replacement insurance is a SCAM!!!! They make it impossible to make a claim! Email are not delivered, links are dead ends & multiple claim applications are required. After days and hours with more than 5 service reps the claim is finally accepted. They collected the $99 deductible but then they did not have my replacement item in stock. It's so difficult to make a claim you just want to give up. I'm out $300 right now and I don't have a tv! DO NOT USE ASURION FOR YOUR ELECTRONIC REPLACEMENT INSURANCE!!! read more

NEVER USING AGAIN! We left my sons lightly used Nintendo switch all to just exchange the charging port and when we went to pick up the same night the screen went black(I do have to add that the guy wanted to charge an extra $30 for extra "pieces" I went back bc he did charge the card the extra $30, I went back and had them refund that since the extra pieces was BS from the original visit they knew exactly what we were going in for so the extra charge for their lunch money was sneaky as hell.) now when the screen went out we can hear everything but the screen was blacked out. When we went to pickup, the guy went back and from it sounded like dropped the Nintendo switch, and comes out after a few minutes and now at this point the joystick is just going up by itself without even touching it so my son still can't use it and when I mentioned to the guy look, we originally only came here for the charging port to be fixed and y'all messed with the screen and now this. He then stated I would be charged extra for that I said it was damaged in your care. Unprofessional and I will never use them again. I was told about the tech insurance. We set it up with a $25. Monthly charge and I would receive a 20% discount. I had two devices that I was look to be repaired. I went into the business and asked about getting them fixed. The employee was very knowledgeable about what I needed and the process cost and let me know that they could fix one but the better option was to just purchase a new one. My iPads screen broke and I took it there to get it fixed and I thought they fixed it but the screen wasn't working and then I take it back to get it fixed again and then the camera wasn't taking very good pictures the glass looked super cheap, and I took it back to get that fixed and they didn't do anything it's the same screen, I can't believe I had to go back there 3 times to get my screen fixed and the employees were rude and acted like they didn't want to help me.
