Lack of care to service the customer the right way! Sales guy was just trying to make a sale & failed to tell me there was a restocking fee if I wanted to return the iPad. He said that after the fact he opened the iPad. Also falsely advised my insurance that I had been paying for on my old iPad would take two weeks to get a new iPad so that's why I bought the new iPad & when I called the customer service agent said the new iPad will be shipped NEXT DAY! The sales guys totally fooled me & the agent said if I go into the store they could refund my restocking fee & the manager at the store said her self customer service always says they can do things that they can't. Mind you I was on the phone with customer service over an hour & they were super nice. Never going to that store again & I've been with AT&t over 4 years! All they care about is sales! I came in to trade my iPhone 7 Plus for an IPhone 12! Art was super helpful with answering all of my questions! He even put on my screen protector for me! Went in today with the intention of buying a new phone. I was greeted quickly by Tyler Mesquias (i only know his full name because he gave me a card in case I have any questions or concerns. He was really kind spoken. I asked about 50 questions because I like to be informed on something I'm possible going to spend 800 on and have for 2 years. He answered all my questions without frustration. I finally decided on the phone he helped get it shipped to my home. Then after all that i told him I was interested in a tablet, and he told me about the amazing deals they had. He didn't pressure me to go newer or more expensive. So, I got a tablet as well. The whole interaction lasted about an hour. Just want to give a shoutout to him because i left very happy not felling robbed or bamboozled lol. The sales representative I spoke with this time was completely rude and stated that the customer service that you speak with on the phone does not care about your needs and proceeded to make fun of the representatives name that I spoke with on the phone. I went into AT&T today and was excited to upgrade my phone until Allen "helped me". Every time I would say something, he would cut me off mid-sentence, tell me I was wrong about iPhone storage, kept correcting me, and so on. It was very off-putting and discouraging, and as if he didn't want to help me. I asked multiple times on the different promotions that I could consider and what would be my best option and never once did he mention that I would get a better deal online, until I mentioned that my husband got a better trade in deal for his phone not too long ago. He then goes on to mention that I should have traded it in a few months ago and right now wouldn't even be worth it. I then repeated something he told me and he said, "Nope, misunderstanding, I never said that." So, call me crazy, I guess. I felt as if I wanted to scream, but obviously didn't because I'm a decent human being. This whole 20-30 minute experience was not one I'd like to re-live and I hope this guy learns some better manners when it comes to customer service. read more

Spoke with Roland regarding replacing a battery on a hot spot device which I purchased from this store using a 2 year contract. The battery had swollen so much that it popped the cap off the device and looked like it was about to explode. You could tell he didn't care. I guess because he wasn't making a sale. Of course, the warranty was expired 2 months. His answer, sorry nothing I can do to help you. We don't sell the batteries. He made a comment that I probably got the device $.99 on a special deal. So what! All I wanted was a little concern and support for a device that could potentially explode. Then he said it was not theirs, it was a Netgear product. So I turned it over showed him the ATT World symbol on the front and walked out disgusted. Will never return to this location again to service anything on my Unlimited Plus and DirecTV Now account. I've been with them since it was Cincular and Southwestern Bell. They just don't care! read more
