I was upset because I paid $150 for them to replace my cracked screen with a cheap poor quality screen. My phone had been cracked for the past two months when I dropped It again and I was completely unable to use my phone. I took it to Skinny's and it took about 45 minutes to fix my screen. I believe it cost around $170. I knew they would do quality work, so I had no problem paying the price. I can definitely tell the difference in the quality of my screen. The store returned it to me shattered, completely unusable, and literally in TWO PIECES. All of this extra damage happened while the phone was in their possession, yet they refuse to take responsibility. They gave us the option of having the old parts put back on the phone -- which we agreed to -- but then they stalled for HOURS and never actually put the parts back on. After repeated excuses and missed timelines, we finally requested our phone back. Instead of being upfront, they handed it to us destroyed and acted like that was acceptable. It was obvious they broke the device during the repair attempt and then tried to cover it up by dragging out the process. And to make things worse, they tried to blame Asurion, even though Asurion had nothing to do with the additional damage they caused. I'm now left with a phone their team destroyed and a store that refuses to fix or replace it. This was the most dishonest and irresponsible service I've ever experienced. Do NOT bring your phone here unless you're prepared to get it back in pieces. Additionally: I know they will respond on here trying to resolve the issue for (others to see) but I have emails from their case manager, Jennifer refusing to take any accountability. I will NOT take my phone back and I will NOT refer this place to anyone.

I called the store and was there the next day. The owner was busy working on a radio but he dropped everything and tended to my needs. This was a Plus for sure. He gathered his fancy meters and we went to my truck. I didn't know what all those fancy buttons meant but he walked me through it, as he did his work. I can tell you, he new what he was doing. I was very impressed. As he completed his work, he said he could make my radio reach further down the road. He told me he would have to cut about an inch off the antenna and he did. With that being said we talked about mics. and bought another upgrade! A new mic. I am impressed with his expertise, service and sell. He has another customer for sure. Five star business. Store had Dubai chocolates, and adorable crafted Christmas cards in stock, Plus a very nice Ulta Beauty department, and a busy Starbucks. Lots of Cashiers on duty, and self checkouts. Easy parking, and a person was staffed at the entrance to help guide customers. Picked up some cleaning supplies, and shopped for an iPad case though they had limited choices so this was instead purchased online. Overall a pleasant experience.

First, many of the storage areas/cases in the frozen food section had lights that were dimmed and went on as you approached them. Nice conservation idea and one that I have not seen in the United States before. And, the young woman at the check out -- her name was Esme -- was absolutely lovely in terms of being welcoming, interested in making sure I had a good shopping experience, and being a good conversationalist. Nicely done Esme. Definitely made me wanted to visit the store again soon.
