I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Soteres because my 18-month-old son has been experiencing an…read moreintermittent itchy rash for several months. He is otherwise a healthy, thriving child with no fever, illness, or other concerning symptoms. We were hoping to determine whether the rash was eczema, allergies, or a combination of both. Initially, the visit seemed fine. However, I was disappointed by how quickly conclusions were made. Before thoroughly examining my son, Dr. Soteres stated that it was definitely eczema and not primarily allergy-related. The tone of the appointment changed significantly when we were asked about vaccinations. We explained that we have chosen to take a delayed approach and vaccinate more gradually. From that point forward, the conversation felt less focused on diagnosing my child's condition and more focused on our decision regarding vaccinations. Dr. Soteres expressed concern that the rash could be measles and suggested urgent evaluation, despite my son having no fever, illness, or other symptoms typically associated with a child who appears acutely sick. What was most upsetting was feeling judged rather than supported. Regardless of differing opinions on vaccination schedules, I came seeking medical guidance for my child's rash, not a lecture about personal parenting choices. At the conclusion of the visit, I was given paperwork encouraging vaccination and told my son could have infected the whole office and he needs to know asap. While I understand that physicians have an obligation to discuss and recommend vaccines, it felt like the majority of the appointment became centered around my child's vaccination status rather than the reason we scheduled the visit. I left feeling as though I was being viewed primarily as the parent of an unvaccinated child instead of as a parent seeking answers for a skin condition. In the end, the diagnosis was eczema annd unvaccinated disappointed and we were prescribed a cream. After all of the concern and discussion, that was ultimately the treatment plan provided. I left feeling that my concerns about possible allergies were never fully addressed and that the focus of the visit had shifted away from my son's symptoms to his beliefs... which was mind blowing to me. I fully respect that physicians may have different medical opinions and recommendations. However, I believe patients should be treated with professionalism, respect, and compassion, even when there is disagreement. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed, judged, and uncomfortable rather than helped. Based on my experience, families who make medical decisions differently than their physician may not feel respected or heard in this practice. Be aware of being judged and shamed by dr soteres

Left a message on Thursday the 30th about my refill talk to the appointment girl named Gabby said that they don't want me to take this medicine anymore. this confused me so I asked for the office manager Stephanie to please call me back as soon as possible. That was Friday morning and today is Saturday. I'm done. I am obviously not important to them as a patient.

For decades I had suffered from allergies. Runny nose, itching eyes, sneezing constantly. It made…read moreme miserable for months on end sometimes. But a friend of mine told me about the allergy shots he was getting and, although skeptical, I gave them a try. Once here, they tested me for allergies to everything under the sun. All different kinds of trees, weeds, pollen, grass, dogs, cats, etc. They tested me by marking off my back with 30+ numbered squares, then made small scratches of the various things they were testing in each of those squares. I barely felt the scratches. Then, after 30 min, they checked me to see reactions to each. I was allergic to almost all items out there, at usually the highest level, which didn't surprise me. So then, knowing what I was allergic to, they created a serum with super small quantities of each of those items I was allergic to in the serum. They started giving me shots once a week with very small doses. I eventually moved up to full doses once a month (one in each arm since I was allergic to so much and required so many different items). I can positively say that these allergy shots have made a huge difference in my life. I can go watch my kids' soccer games without constantly sneezing and blowing my nose. In seasons where my co-workers and family members are having horrible allergies, I barely have any symptoms and rarely sneeze. Maybe once every few months. My eyes never itch anymore. I only have a slight nasal drip every once in a while, which makes me blow my nose maybe once an hour. They give you a nasal spray for that and it usually takes care of it, but I rarely use it. Also, my wife has started the shots as well and it is making a difference for her as well. So, to wrap it up, I can't believe I never knew about this place and these shots before. This place is well worth it. They know what they are talking about and have found a solution for the allergies that me and so many others struggle with daily. I would highly recommend this place or a place like it.

You will get bills saying that your insurance was terminated, (which mine never was, I have worked for the same company for 6 years). I had to call my insurance company, my insurance company had to call the billing department at the clinic and still, I received bills that said my insurance was terminated. Absolutely no credibility. When I called and said I don't even know if this bill can ever be right since they send out bills saying my insurance was terminated, I got an argumentative woman who told me to review my EOB. Well, funny, since my insurance had, according to them, been terminated. No one took ownership of their error and no one apologized. RUDE! I'm so tired of the rudeness. I will never take my children here again, nor will I recommend this clinic to anyone. The bill has been paid, probably way too much since they can't even explain what my insurance company should have covered. They don't care. They just don't care. DO NOT GO HERE!

He said the issue was all in her head because she suffered from anxiety and depression. One appointment with Dr. Cichon and he knew exactly what the issue was. Now I see Dr. Cichon, too. He is a very calm, soft spoken man but he knows his stuff and treats his patients with dignity and respect. The office is well-run and pleasant. Seats for different sizes and Kleenex and hand sanitizer are available. There is a bathroom just outside the office as well. The wait time can be a bit frustrating. Typically they ask you to show up 15 minutes early. They don't call your name until 5-10 minutes after your appointment time, and then you can wait in the procedure room another 20 minutes before being seen. So don't plan on this being a quick in and out appointment. It's a great team to go to for ear, nose, and throat issues. Just bring a good book or something with you.

This review is a reflection of Village Lane Apothecary (VLA), the pharmacy Low T Center (LTC) uses for prescription fulfillment. After reading other reviews, it's clear I'm not alone. What's surprising is that LTC continues to partner with VLA. It honestly feels like someone lost a bet and is stuck in an abusive relationship. VLA is incredibly flaky. Their website, ordering, login, and security are a mess and full of bugs. Good luck getting them on the phone, and emails go unanswered. For a company tied to your health and with the importance of consistent dosing frequency to accurately measure your recurring lab results, they act like timing doesn't matter. I placed an order four weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. VLA told LTC it went out six days ago. I have no package, no tracking, nothing. I'm constantly chasing them just to manage a recurring prescription for something that should just be routine. When your health depends on consistent dosing, that's unacceptable. As good as the in-clinic experience is, LTC shares responsibility here by continuing to partner with VLA. There are far better pharmacy options out there that actually take this and your health seriously.
