A friend of mine went in by herself a few days after I did, and was accused of stealing! They said she came in with some guys and stole a cell phone, and said they had her on video. In the same sentence, they said that they can't prove anything. They never showed her the video or called the cops, they simply banned her from the site and said they'd issue a trespassing ticket (and how exactly would they do that?) the next time she tried to come in. Honestly appalling. I hope your business closes down, because clearly having good service and being decent human beings is too old fashioned for this place.
