He would go weeks without responding to my emails and he almost never responded to my phone calls. I have attached pictures of emails where he had still not filed a single document on my behalf yet charged me $2500 in additional money., when I thought he was forwarding that money to my daughters attorney, Allison Haltmaier. To be fair, he wound up refunding me around $2200 when I fired him and then threatened to file a grievance against him. If you are seeking a family law attorney, you would be better representing yourself than ever hiring him. You should not represent yourself under any circumstance. Go to legal aid first and google attorneys who actually specialize in family law.

This other law firm did not take much action on my case (or keep me updated on what was going on), and now, a full two months after my accident, it seems they have yet to contact the building where my accident occurred. Seeing as this other law firm apparently was not going to do much regarding my case, I decided to contact another law firm (R&L) to get their thoughts. I ended up speaking with Andrew Levine, and, based upon my very brief conversation with him, he seemed very forthright, professional and like he really knows his stuff, as to how slip & fall cases should be handled.
