He has no idea how to speak to customers or how to satisfy customers. Our truck seats were supposed to have factory foam replacement and instead one is over filled and one is under filled. He actually argued with us for 15 minutes and we finally gave up. I have never given a bad review in my life so that should say something about how poorly we were treated. I'm also going to the BBB and any where else to warn people.

Last time I had a job like this done it cost me $100 at a different place. This is a 2 part seat so I expected a little more. I paid $290 for the seat cover which I supplied. She told me cost will be $125 an hr. She charged me $690. Outrageous. Apparently it takes 6 hrs to replace an existing seat cover. Then she charged an extra $20 for using a credit card. So all in I'm at $1000 for new seat covers. To replace the seat brand new is less than that. I'm so disappointed.
