I wanted to get my daughters 2019 Fusion detailed for her birthday. I also explained I had a Mercedes and a 2015 Center Console boat I wanted to detail for my fiancés birthday.. A good amount of time went by without hearing a response from the business so I then went to Google and got the request a quote section filled out once again explaining everything I was interested in having detailed. Finally on the 25 of April , I got this response via text 'My apologies, we've been extremely busy, can you please let me know what you have and when you were looking to have things done?" I responded the next day with everything again . Today is May 18th. I still have not heard from this business. My suggestion to this business , if your THAT busy to respond via, text, Google Quotes, via website , you should prioritize your day to allow sufficient time to return all messages within 24/48 hours. Or hire a answering service or have online booking . I went to a boat show and found a detailed who did an amazing job and this business missed out on two cars , a truck and a boat all at one address .
