While they were there we asked about an issue we had with our home theater and Steve took extra time trying to figure it out and fixed it. Then cleaned up the wire mess we had and wouldn't charge us extra. Only charged us for the Security System, Talk about going the extra mile. Highly recommend. Plus they can do so much. Literally the WORST service I have ever received! They locked the door to the store 3 minutes prior…read moreto their 8pm closing time, I knocked on the door and the guy came out and said "Do you have a question?" In the most sarcastic way possible. I told him I only needed to buy an iPhone cable and he responded by saying "I'm done with sales for the day." I'm sure he realized that it was hardly time to close and finally agreed to let me in. At this point I was ready to call their corporate office to complain but I figured I'd give him the benefit of the doubt. He grabbed the cord and we walked up to the register. At that point he proceeds to say with an attitude, "I'm just trying to go home." I said "Excuse me?!" You work in retail, I am a paying customer you don't say that to customers! So I told him "It was 3 minutes to 8:00 when I came up and he's lucky I don't call corporate. " He responded by telling me "Call corporate, it doesn't matter" in addition he continued to fight me on what time I came in. Finally he says "I'm not going to argue with you about it...but you are wrong." Someone from their corporate needs to go in there and teach them how to have good customer service because they are just about the farthest thing from it! DON'T waste your money in there! The stuff is over-priced and the workers are beyond rude. I would never recommend that Radio Shack to anyone! BEWARE!

He followed through with his promises of making sure all of my questions were answered in advance. He thoroughly went over about 4 different phones with me. He wasn't just trying to push the most expensive phone on me. He was sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. Nathan took extra time to be sure all my Device Dollars were applied and that I got the best discount for my plan. I've always had Samsung Galaxy phones. And now I'm in a Motorola. Nathan assured me that if I'm not completely satisfied with it, he'll be sure I have a good exchange experience (within the 14 day exchange policy).

T Mobile at 2855 Progress Way was terrible. I waited over an hour for the slow clerk to wait on…read moreone person. There is no seat in store. When I got waited on I selected a phone and gave my info, when finished he said we don't have that in stock, but I can get a similar one in 2 or 3 days. I said, no thanks, please cancel. He said OK, now I just received a bill for $98.02.. called customer service and they are supposed to be correcting it. I think he was angry that I was not buying and purposely put my info to charge me. I guess this was bait and switch.
