Got a new phone and worked with Juleon. It had a lot of glitches. He helped with some, was going to call me to walk me thru some issues. Totally dropped the ball. I had a really poor experience upgrading to a new phone at our local Verizon store. I called the Wilmington Verizon store and spoke with Nathan. He followed through with his promises of making sure all of my questions were answered in advance. He thoroughly went over about 4 different phones with me. He wasn't just trying to push the most expensive phone on me. He was sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. Nathan took extra time to be sure all my Device Dollars were applied and that I got the best discount for my plan. I've always had Samsung Galaxy phones. And now I'm in a Motorola. Nathan assured me that if I'm not completely satisfied with it, he'll be sure I have a good exchange experience (within the 14 day exchange policy). read more

Richard spent a lot of time with my son and me to get me switched from my "dumb" phone to my son's phone. He made sure all my contacts were transferred, which was more than I expected. My son had already done his research on what he wanted to upgrade to, and Richard confirmed his findings. This store was extremely helpful. I had received a DOA iPhone 6 from Verizon and had very extensive conversations with them on the phone. The Phone Support for Verizon nationally is great but thats not what I'm writing about. This store was the only store to have the same model phone that i received damaged in the mail. After talking to Verzion i was told that i could swap out my DOA phone in store with no worries. I attempted this at a store closer to my house but they were no help at all. This store, specifically the tech guys, were great. I called ahead and they verified that i could stop by and pick up my new unbroken phone with no issues, and that is exactly what happened. I drove 40 minutes to get the phone and upon arriving they had the phone ready for me and i was out of the store within 10 minutes. The other store i went to had a wait time of 10 minutes. Both of the names of the two employees escape me but Mike and the other gentleman in the tech support at this location were more than helpful. They seemed to know protocol and understood what the national tech support personnel noted on my file and i could not be happier than i am about my encounter with this store. read more
