I printed a Canva order to this location. I was excited that the prints were ready much sooner than…read moreexpected, but was underwhelmed by my experience in the store. There was only one person in front of me but it took a good 15min for me to be helped, which hey, that happens. They weren't rude but they weren't friendly. I got my prints and they were obviously printed lopsided and instead of addressing the obvious they just hoped I wouldn't say anything. When I asked them to cut it down to correct it they made a couple of mistakes there too. Then they only gave me half the envelopes I ordered. When I had to go back in the store to get the rest they were like "oh how did that happen?" But no apologies. In total it took 30min to get lower quality prints. All of these things on their own are minor inconveniences I wouldn't normally care about, but all together they were annoying, and again, while not rude, i feel like apologies and proaction is needed when all of this happens to one customer in the same span of time. It's just part of service.

He followed through with his promises of making sure all of my questions were answered in advance. He thoroughly went over about 4 different phones with me. He wasn't just trying to push the most expensive phone on me. He was sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. Nathan took extra time to be sure all my Device Dollars were applied and that I got the best discount for my plan. I've always had Samsung Galaxy phones. And now I'm in a Motorola. Nathan assured me that if I'm not completely satisfied with it, he'll be sure I have a good exchange experience (within the 14 day exchange policy).
