I came to Mad Dog Cycles because they are the closes shop to me that work on electric scooters…read more First off, all the staff was great, customer service was great and the technicians were great. That being said, I came in to get my back tire replaced. I had the replacement tire, and they put it on without issue only charging me for the labor. I came back to get it that same day (which was amazing) while picking it up I asked if they could pump up the tires. The staff did so without complain, but while inflating the tires noticed that the front tire wouldn't hold air (this was a new problem) and neither would the back tire. They replaced the back tire tube free of charge, and I bought an additional tube for the front. While walking back I casually asked if this would be covered under the original labor price? He replied "no" that I would be required to pay a new labor fee if I wanted them to work on the front tire. I don't blame the staff for this poor experience I blame the owners that made this policy and enforced it to the point that the staff didn't feel like they had any leeway whatsoever. if I was asking them to do significantly more labor, I would have gladly paid the additional price. My great experience was completely soured by the end. I will not be returning to this shop regardless of how good the staff is with owners that enforce such anti-consumer policies.
