Nice looking store, lot of product, decent location, but the staff is not very personable. I, like…read moremost people, can easily buy online (for cheaper), so the ritual of going into a vape store is more about being turned onto new things, having conversation, and supporting a local business. Alot of these things are achieved by making customers, especially first time customers, feel welcome and "at home". In my experience I walked in while there was only one other customer, and was barely spoken to most of the visit, I spent quite awhile looking at juice which would have been a perfect opportunity to strike up a conversation about my taste and get feelers for what I might be interested in. As you can guess, this didn't happen, and all I can say on that is customer service goes a VERY long way. If you happen to be in the mall and need juice badly, then stop here. Otherwise I'd recommend another local store 100%, my top being Hi-Tech, or even UIS vapes.

Mike warned me that I might have to use more of it to get an effect. "BUt they pack it in real tight. You'll be able to tell when you open it." I should have realized that was an indication that it's not good. A. Have to use more. And B. The best thing to say about it is the packaging. I made my choice. I bought it. But it sucks. I called up Mike today and asked him about/told him about it, and he said "honestly, this is the first complaint I've ever heard about it." I guess that people told him they have to use more of it to get the effect isn't a complaint. It's just advice for future customers. I'm expert at a couple things. Kratom is not one of them. So I expect that a retailer who sells stuff is helping me make a decision by picking the best items to sell that will make their customers happy. I'd have felt better if Mike just apologized and said he's sorry about it. He didn't. He just told me he'd need to talk to some other time. I guess I was wasting his time. (Especially since no one else complained about it.). Since no one else has complained about it, my complaint is obviously off base. I'm really disappointed that after $600 or $700 in purchases in my first year here my complaint wasn't worth some attention. (I didn't join their frequent purchases club until well after I started buying from Premier. Great experience so far, but I guess you learn more about a company when things don't go well than when things are great. Suggestions for alternative retailers of Kratom are appreciated.

I have had generally ok interactions with the owner here, but knew from reviews he was irascible. Draw the line here with how he treats women. If you want to be harassed or just generally have an uncomfortable shopping experience, come pay $25 dollars for a 12$ tin or Escudo at Tobacco Village in the Westmoreland mall. Seriously though, not name dropping, check out Reddit or something and find a reliable site to order from. Shipping sucks, but if you stockpile discretionary cash, make a $100 order and stock up on your favorites. Perhaps something new, or some special drop. Either way, these are not the droids you are looking for. Let's this place fade with the last vestiges of the 80's and 90's.

I'm giving this a 3 star because I do find some of the best deals here, how ever I just inquired…read moreabout the point system today and I'll be totally honest I am not happy about it at all, I'll explain why, so I asked how many points I had I was told I have over 1000 points (which I thought was great because i was saving them up for a trip to South carolina for a wedding/vacation) so i asked how points work and i was told i can ONLY GET 20% OFF MY ORDER. so as explained to me if I spend $300 I'll get $60.00 off . So my problem with this is I NEVER PAY THAT MUCH AT A TIME. now I do go to many different dispensaries in the area so Rise in Latrobe for example my points work like this... $3 off for every 100 points or $15 off every $500 points and so on. And I can use them all at one time if I want to I am not just limited to 20% off my order. Now Beyond Hello in Irwin does $10 off for every 200 points (and again I can use them all at one time if I want to... Not limited to 20% off my order) so with 1000 points at beyond hello that's $50 off my order how ever I want to use it. Also at Rise and Beyond Hello as I said I can use my points as I like, example I used points one day at rise and ended up only paying $1 for 7 grams. At Matri you can't do that because they LIMIT you to 20% off each order. Just putting that out there but as I said I do find some of the best deals at matri. If you don't care much about the points or you care more about getting the better deals in the area this would be a great location for you

I bought a $45 vape pen at they're store, donated 3 unused pods from a different pen in exchange…read morefor 1 for the pen they just sold me, and 2 months later, they still don't have any of the pods in stock for the $45 pen they sold me So instead, I have to pay $80 for a new pen, 2 boxes of coils, so I don't run into their inept restocking process. What a rip off! They can keep their paltry reward points after all this. They can't keep good paying customers happy, like we're made of money to buy new pens everytime a pod burns out. Sheesh!!
