Was offered a great deal & had a test drive but went away to have a think about it for an hr or so. On return we made a decision on the car & proceded to buy. Very happy with our visit & purchse. Can't wait untill Wednesday to pick it up. March 2012 one year on, last years car is going great, I decided to get a new car also. Ford Direct have some great deals on 1yr old cars. Once again the salesman was not pressurising in his assistance & I'm happy with my new purchase. Pick up on Wednesday. partner not happy, I got higher spec focus for 1k less.

I took my Corsa into Billingham Body and Paint after I'd had a minor collision that needed some…read morebody stuff, as well as a mark someone left me in a hotel car park, and rust on a wheel arch. The owner, Tommy Bailey assessed the damage immediately, and also pointed out a previous repair that had been botched, that he would sort out for no extra cost, while he was painting the parts I asked for. They had the car from 10 am on Wednesday morning to 2 pm Friday. When I collected the car he had done a little extra that he discovered when stripping parts down, but didn't ask any extra money. He did it so that panel would fit in with his own work. He also machine polished all the body work so the car looked, with no exaggeration here, forecourt new. I've always been pleased with the standard of work from Billingham Body and Paint before but this time Tommy excelled himself. Even my better half said the car looked like a new car. Well done Tommy Bailey. Well done Billingham Body and Paint. Really recommend this company.
