However, she kept forgetting that I work from home full time and also have big dogs so I can't just up and leave my house anytime during the day for a showing. ( I had to coordinate around work conference calls, etc.) After our house was sold, I had to bug Emily about the status of many things including the home inspection, things that had to be corrected, etc. I really felt like I was driving the sale at this point versus Emily. I was constantly emailing or calling her about how things were progressing in regard to getting everything done before we could close with the new owners. It was very frustrating and I didn't have the time to deal with it as I had a crazy job at the time. I would not recommend her because of her lack or slowness to follow through. Also his organization skills and attention to detail were exceptional and something we look for in our real estate professional. He also provided a game plan (professional photos, stager, pre-inspection, etc.) for selling our home and getting the best price. We were lucky enough to sell our house before it went on the market, even without the photos or stager but this is also where Paul excels in his field. He has contacts with his silent seller program and brought us a perspective buyer who bought our home on the spot. He also helped us in our home search and was always "thinking outside the box" in order to find every option available. In the end we decided to build since that provided everything we were looking for in our next home, but Paul added a service there too.
