Went in looking for eyeshadow and was followed around by employees the whole time I left with nothing. NOT THE FIRST TIME IT'S HAPPENED! I went in for prom makeup and came home to see that the eyeliner I bought was broken my mom tried to return it and they refused to even though we had the receipt and the original packaging. I will not be returning to this store until changes are made. I'm so disappointed in the staff here. Do better read more

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Ulta's salon. I paid over $100 for what was supposed to be a detailed haircut and clarifying treatment, and what I got was absolutely unacceptable. The stylist spent maybe 5-10 minutes on my hair, didn't style it, didn't show me the back, and the cut was uneven and poorly blended. It looked like nothing had been done -- even my husband and son couldn't tell I'd had a haircut. For the price I paid, this felt like a complete waste of money. Ulta advertises "Elite" stylists, but there was nothing elite about this service. I left feeling frustrated, upset, and cheated. I rarely spend money on myself, and this was supposed to be a treat -- instead it turned into an expensive mistake.Now I don't really have the money to pay someone else to fix it for me. I will never go back for salon services, and I would strongly warn anyone else against wasting their money here. Stick to Ulta for makeup, but do not trust them with your hair. read more

I had my hair done by Lisa was going out of state for vacations and had some other important events my hair color was too dark and my bangs were short and uneven she had done a perfect job before but this was so bad. I'm so disappointed . I just want to cry everyday!!!!!! read more
