Well, it's a brand new store, and it's definitely Ulta! I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but unfortunately it's an Ulta in a small market so if you're looking for the major beauty products, you'll probably have to travel to Little Rock (and you may still be out of luck). I won't knock them for them for that as that's to be expected to some extent. Each of my two visits have been a bust. They don't carry Dr. Brandt's Pores No More primer, and the sales associate I asked had never heard of it, or Dr. Brandt. (The nerve. It's (and he's) only one of the best on the entire beauty market!) On my 2nd visit, they were completely out of Tarte's Shape Tape concealer in 'Deep,' (that's my jam!) but had 3 open testers of the color (on 2 separate displays) on the sales floor. I understand merchandizing and all, but dude... ya' need product to sell, especially in a tiny town. The last blow was the associate telling me they'd have it back in stock in 2 to 9 weeks! Um, yeah. The store is clean, and the associates are friendly and helpful. But, their product knowledge is limited. (Not solely their fault) The fact that this store is even here is a gift to the city, so I know they're trying. Word to the wise, if you're looking for specifics, call ahead (ALWAYS) and hope for the best! read more

I first want to start off with going on-line in my account, I was unable to pay my bill for a while due to maintenance being performed on my account and try back later. I kept going back to try to pay since it was due that day of the 3rd. I got into my account between 11:30 to midnight got it paid in full of $42.97. I get a bill today of $39.00 fee charged and they posted my payment on the 4th.. I called the Ulta Company they said if you have trouble online to call them by 5 pm eastern time. Well I was at the doctor's at that time and there was no way to call them, plus my bill was due on the 3rd. Never knew that they would be doing maintenance on the site/my account. I will never use their card again. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE MAINTENANCE DONE ON THEIR WEBSITE OR YOUR ACCOUNT AND THEY WILL SAY THERE NOTHING THEY CAN DO. The Salon at Ulta The salon manager, Jordan, is incredibly unprofessional. In January he no showed on my appointment and when I re-booked he put me with another stylist even though I requested him. He was there and available but chose not to honor my request. This would have been my first time in his chair. A couple of weeks ago my daughter booked with him for a prom updo not knowing this was the stylist who blew me off in January. After Jordan was finished she walked out looking like a 12 year old tried to do her hair. It looked nothing like her reference photo which would have been a very simple style to execute. I had to salvage her hair at home causing us to miss prom photos with her sister. The assistant manager understood my dismay but was not empowered to do anything. The GM was at a conference. I followed up a week later to speak to the GM who asked me to email the photos and the information. I waited over a week and no phone call. I called today and was blown off. She stated that Jordan told her my daughter did not want her hair straightened. Since that was her number one COMPLAINT ABOUT WHAT HE DID NOT DO, I have a hard time believing that. read more

I went to Ultra to get my hair bleached the girl doing my hair kept putting chemicals in my hair as she was rinsing it out to get the orange out of my hair. The girl ended up getting my back and pants drenched with water. My hair was blonde yellow and purple. I left feeling beyond embarrassed and will never go back...... read more

I have never had a bad experience in a make-up store until coming here. Normally I feel very welcomed but the times I have gone to the Ulta in Conway I have gotten sighs when asking where something was or for a tester on a concealer or foundation which is no longer there. Maybe I have caught them on their bad days but I also get bad looks when asking about my account or just looking around. The first time I thought it was just in my head but then I noticed one employee acting normal and happy to help which was extremely the opposite of the others personalities which made it clear to me they where acting out of the normal customer service personality. On another note this Ulta seems to never have testers out and the ones that are out are either damaged or a mess, this is more a representation of the city of conway customers but not very attractive in the store. The store has a weird abundance of hair and perfume products and less make up products. They offer little or no Nars products and other popular brands on the online store and when asked if I could get it sent to the store or my address I was met with a dirty look and told to email Ulta if I had any complaints...Keeping in mind I was smiling and had a customer service tone not wanting the employee to feel uncomfortable because I know they do not control what is in the store, but that was a rude response in my opinion. Overall I have not had a good experience in the store. Not while browsing or at checkout. I have gone about 7 times total and really don't want to go back. I now normally buy from the online store or go elsewhere. read more

I love Ulta, but EVERYTIME I come into this store i rarely get asked if I need help. If anything I get stared at or followed around. There's a select few employees that are nice but majority of them are rude. For example today the lady at the register literally threw my bag in front of me while I was trying to put my card back in my wallet and she continued to get the next customer.. but besides that LOVE LOVE this store! read more

I love our Ulta! The manager and her team are friendly and so willing to offer help! Yesterday, I was shopping for some new make-up and hair products -- and FOUR people stopped to offer assistance. They found exactly what I needed, too, but didn't hover... instead...they let me read all of the boxes (which annoys some clerks...) :) I've noticed that the Conway store is very clean and well-stocked compared to other Ulta stores that I visit as I travel. i LOVE ulta. i'm just now starting to wear make up,but i would always go to ulta to buy perfume. they have all the brands you can think of. i especially enjoy the gifts they give you when you spend a certain amount of money. read more

Poor Customer Service. We were there for at least an hour and never got asked once if we needed help. Only one makeup station was fully stocked-didn't even have tissues at all the stations to remove makeup. read more
