After choosing said treatments I scheduled for a Sunday at 2:00 pm. Their hours on Sundays are 12- 6 pm. When I arrived for my appointment at 1:55 for my 2:00 appointment I checked in and my hairstylist walked me back and told me we didn't have time to do what I wanted, so she was just going to do highlights, so first visit $150 and I was leaving at 6:00 with not what I wanted and having to reschedule to comeback. We ended up rescheduling once due to a snow storm and once because I was sick. Finally I showed up for my rescheduled appointment at 12:00 pm. I was there again until 6:00pm and again leaving with not what I wanted and another $150 down the drain. So $300 down the drain! I get married in less than 6 months and my hair looks like shit from how damaged it is, it honestly looks like I style my hair with way too much heat on my hair and I RARELY style my hair with heat, and by that I mean literally maybe 2x a year max for a special occasion. I'm attaching the Balayage style I was going for with my natural hair VS. what I received. And from previous reviews even on google, I doubt I will get a full refund or even a portion of it back.

She ended up getting advice from her boss which I thought showed great professionalism! In the end the conclusion was to do a bunch of highlights and blend it together. she took out my foils, changed the mix, and it worked out! She was very on top of things during the whole process, making sure my hair was not getting damaged because of the reaction it had in the beginning. I tried requesting a later time in the day until she feels better, I was willing to do some shopping and visit a friend while she gathered herself. But she seemed adamant on staying home to rest. I didn't have the problem with the bad service that others seem to. Matter of fact, the gentleman who cut my hair was amazingly personable and so kind. My haircut, however, was one for the books. It was terrible crooked. There were parts that still had split ends that he hadn't even cut. I was upset because it was a simple trim. I was thankful to be fit in last minute, but for how much I paid, I'd like my hair to be even. I ended up having to get it fixed at a different salon and on top of paying MORE money, I had to get a pretty considerable amount of hair cut off to even it all out. My hair was incredibly before this and in order to keep it long I keep it trimmed, but now it's almost like I'm starting from scratch. Frustrating.
