Steven is as great as ever and there are few people that I trust to tell them to do whatever they want - and he is one of them. We walk in and there are three people waiting for pedicures and one person getting their nails done. There was only one person there working. We waited 15 minutes before leaving. When we left there still was only one person working. We felt leaving was the right thing to do. When they did show up we figured they would rush the services through and we wouldn't get what we were planning on paying for. What is the point of making an appointment? Would they actually book five appointments at 10:00 for pedicures? Why when you know you have two booked would you seat just everyone that shows up (assuming they didn't have appointments) for pedicures? We were really looking forward to this.
