First positive: My stylist was ready for me at appointment time. She consulted with me fully and didn't make me feel bad about my opposing cowlicks! Katrice understood exactly what I requested & she also gave me a few lite suggestions that were excellent. She is professional and knowledgeable. She quickly got started on my highlights and worked to incorporate them into my previously colored hair. After the consult and allotted time for My highlights, I was taken to the shampoo bowl where I received the best shampoo & toning from Kailey. She explained everything she was doing prior to doing it; she asked about my comfort; she made sure to tell me she'd be gone for a minute or two while waiting for the to I g. She conferred with Katrice & I received a nice neck massage after lifting from the bowl. Back to the chair and Katrice dried my hair before cutting my bangs( I asked for a dry cut). I have been getting the premium soaps with Shea in them for a while now and I love it! I cut it with Dove Moisture Body Wash for extra softening suds in the shower. I am unable to wash my own hair for the moment and I needed a hair wash/blown dry. I left with a bit too much product that I actually requested. But I got home and just wasn't happy with the heaviness of product. I returned intending to pay to reward HH it but no one on the salon would allow me. They rewashed, refried, and refused yo accept any payment or tip. I left feeling very blessed indeed! Thank you Lee
