Treating myself is not something I do very often, so this was a big decision for me. From the very beginning I did as I was instructed. After my first treatment, I started to see lazor burns on my lower legs and knee. I gave it a little time not knowing if this was part of the process. They only increased in severity. I called Skin Deep Aesthetics letting them know my concerns and inquiring what can I do in order to keep from scaring. Once the owner (Charli) finally returned my call, I was met with confrontation and belittlement. She reviewed the pictures attached and you would think she would be as concerned as myself yet I found that NOT to be the case. Instead of addressing the issue and helping me, she dismissed or shall I say deflected the whole thing. Plain and simple, I WAS SEVERELY BURNED!!! 3 weeks later and still don't want to show my legs. Please think before considering any and all treatments at Skin Deep Aesthetics, for your own sake.

I doubt that there is a more qualified dermatologist within 100 miles of Paris, TX I did notice that one of the negative reviews posted was from someone in Nebraska, I believe they posted it to the wrong Epiphany dermatology practice.

For some reason the guy doing mine decided it was okay to half way do his job while my friend got the full pedicure experience. I don't like to speak up normally so I paid but I felt like I was cheated so I decided to call Tina and she's told me to come back to the store for them to fix it. I told her I don't have time as I'm going out of town for them to fix my pedicure, I'd rather just have some part of partial refund or voucher for my next pedicure. She told me to come anyways.... Once arriving I was told by the man immediately to go sit down to do my pedicure again and I told him I already explained I don't have time for that. He decided to ask what "MY PROBLEM WAS". So I told him my problem is that I came in here with my friend to get a pedicure and we both paid the same price but for some reason I got half the quality she got. That's my problem. Anyways, they refused to give me a refund and I told them I'd never be back.
