This place is okay but they allow wayyyyyy too many people in the play area at a time to where it actually felt a bit unsafe at times and that people were going to get clobbered by others. I understand teens are their main workers but better training would help. There was also a woman that ended up getting injured while here and they seemed unsure what to do. They got her the help she needed but still. Pricing now is Ridiculously overpriced. I think it was as like $20ish for 1 hour. read more

The prices are reasonable and there's a lot of things for the kids to do.. my nine-year-old loved it but my three-year-old only liked the foam pit.. children over the age of maybe 5-6 would really enjoy it but any younger then they might not have as much to do. read more

I've been here with my grandson a few times before but never out a review. The place is quite fun for him and the couches they have are also comfortable. They have two passes and one gives you access to an American Ninja Warrior type obstacle course and also a couple of rock walls. If your kid isn't especially athletic and just wants to jump I'd recommend getting just the jumping pass and not all access. They also have a little place where you can get food and drinks which is nice. Overall, it's a fun place for anyone but mainly kids. read more

This place is so much fun not the best trampoline park I've been to but I love it. At the beginning of the year I went there before Covid and it was so much fun we went there every weekend. Ultimate air trampoline park has only four locations in the world and the one here in San Angelo the only one with a ninja course in the middle I also love the jousting space and zip line. I always have fun when I jump on the raises trampolines and land on the big old airbag I also love the little game they have to the right of the jousting part where you jump up and hit buttons. If Covid wasn't here I would be asking every weekend can we go here. read more

Unfortunately we had the WORST experience here. The staff was so rude to me and my sister-in-law. I was not able to jump with my daughter even though I paid to jump for everyone! We were followed around like we were going to steal something?? It was so uncomfortable. Sadly we will not return because it is not worth the money, time, or experience. I'm furious. Never have I had staff be that rude to me and my family. DO NOT go here if you want to have an enjoyable time with your children. It should say ADULTS ONLY. read more

Unreasonable rules. I'm supervising my OWN child and told that we can't do this can't do that. Constantly told that what we were doing was wrong. Followed like a hawk by staff. They were so rude. Toddler section is super small. Paid WAY TOO MUCH MONEY to only get to jump on 2 things with my child. Never coming back. read more
