I was monitored at twice/weekly visits from the LVN for two months. The LVN (Renee) was always prompt, attentive to my needs, friendly and caring, and a total professional. FEW IF ANY care about the elderly like Mellissa does. I witnessed her coming to my neighbor's aid at all times of the day and night. She handled all the appointments, at home care, grocery shopping, EVERYTHING. When my neighbor was passing Mellissa personally stayed with her around the clock for over a week to make sure she didnt pass alone and was comfortable the whole time. Both expressed sincere apologies for the missed appointment and explained it was due to simple clerical error. While I have already engaged another in-home care service, it's clear to me that Oasis cares about their reputation and client experience.
