Lousy company we had an appointment for today for orientation to discuss my needs, and the owner himself canceled the appointment without discussing it with us they said because they do not provide one day services, but they don't realize we needed it for multiple days not just one day. It was the owner of the company that canceled it. It was his name on the email. I do not recommend this company. They obviously don't care about people that need help. They don't even feel you need an explanation as to why they canceled this company deserves every bad review that they receive. read more

My mother and I contacted Oasis about six months ago because she needed help with various activities at home. The Oasis office staff interviewed us to find out our needs and to match caregiver personalities with my mother's. We immediately felt we could trust them. At first, there were two who weren't good matches, but within about two weeks, Oasis had set us up with three absolutely fantastic caregivers. They are kind, hard-working women, and enjoyable to be around, which is very important since they spend a lot of time with my mother. They help her with tasks around the house and are nearby to be sure she is safe as she goes about her activities. The day caregiver drives her to the grocery store, hair and nail salons, and various other appointments. They also help with baking, watch TV with her in the evening, and have interesting conversations. Overall, they have given her independence and have given the family peace of mind that someone is with her to look out for her health and safety. read more

We have been using Oasis for over a year and have been very happy with their service. We have a minimum amount of service because my dad does not need a lot of care, but he needs some assistance showering and we like to know that my mom can have a break and know that he is in good hands. We hit a few bumps at the beginning trying to find the right caregiver and get a reliable schedule in place, but we started service right in the middle of COVID which was already a challenge for everyone. All of the caregivers have been capable, it just took a few changes to find the right mix of personalities. Everyone in the office was understanding when we explained that someone was not the right fit for my parents and they worked with us to get someone in place that they love now. This weekend we had a situation where we were bringing my dad home from the hospital unexpectedly and we needed additional help this week. Cameron worked with me on a Sunday night to get care set up. He called when he said he would and made sure we were taken care of. Cameron, Cathi, Chelsea and ReeAnn from the office have all been great. You can always get hold of someone and if you have to leave a message, they call right back. They are very communicative and very patient. The online system that Oasis has is well organized so that I can always see what is scheduled and I can easily access the billing and invoice information when I need it for taxes or insurance. One of the best benefits that Oasis offers is the different levels of care packages they offer, in my humble opinion. Since I have to pay for my husband's care myself I need to be very careful with not only the level of care needed but the cost of his care. Oasis has a plan that fits my current needs and an acceptable price range. But the best thing I can say about Oasis is that Chelsea has gone above and beyond many times to accommodate my crazy situation. She and provided me with information that you wouldn't expect from her. She is a very compassionate and understanding person, she really has the job she belongs in. read more

I can't begin to say enough great things about Oasis in home care. I called around a lot of places before choosing this place. From the people I spoke with on the phone Chelsea and Kathy I just knew this was the place for my grandmother. The first caregiver they sent out was Felicia and she was super sweet and helpful and my grandmother really liked her. She took a vacation so we were sent another caregiver in the meantime and oh my goodness she was an angel. Her name was Judith and she was a god send. My grandmother was very anxious in the evening when I had to leave for a few hours and Judith did such a great job calming her down. I had zero worries knowing that my beloved grandma was with Judith while I was running my kids to soccer practice. It got to the point, where my grandma would look forward to seeing Judith in the evening time for her bath and talks while my husband I would take the kids to soccer. The Oasis staff has been very professional and helpful to my sister in law. She lives in a difficult to get to location near Lake Arrowhead. Staff were there 24/7 as contracted. Concerns were addressed and taken care of with one phone call. Appointments, shopping and companionship were provided with great care. Not even the snow kept them from their duties! My father had a heart attack and had increasingly difficulty living on his own. He wanted to live in his own home and hated staying in an assisted living facility, much less a nursing home. I live across the country and we have few relatives. OASIS provide very professional and compatible live-in caregivers that enabled my father to stay in his own home. OASIS staff were professional, insightful, courteous, and very prompt. The process of using their services was simple and quick, with excellent communications. Payment, taxes, and compliance with California labor laws were all handled by them. It all comes down to the choice of people and the two caregivers OASIS was able to provide (one for 3 days a wee and the other for 4 days a week) were excellent. My father did not like the idea of strangers in his house by any means, but he warmed to them both quickly. My family decided to hire a caregiver from Oasis to provide companion care for my family member recently diagnosed with Dementia. Oasis matches us with Kristina who is a certified medication technician. Kristina was tasked with providing supervision and activities to keep my family member engaged. This was not an easy task, by any means. Kristina arrived on time for each shift, in fact most shifts she arrived 10 minutes early. She kept a notepad with detailed notes on which activities were done throughout the day and communicated well with my family. She provided care for my family member with the utmost dignity and respect. She was able to redirect when appropriate and established rapport fairly quickly. After my 90 - year - old mother had two strokes, she was unable to drive. It was very hard for her, as she is very social and was used to going anywhere she wanted. I called Oasis and Georgia came to the house a few days later and did an assessment. We agreed that a caregiver would come three days a week to keep my mother company and to take her out to lunch and do errands. Based on her assessment, Georgia selected Shavon as my mother's caregiver and it was the perfect match! They got along like two best friends who had known each other forever. Since then, my mother has had more medical problems, and whenever she needed more care, Georgia and Cameron had very good recommendations for us. My grandfather fell ill and was quickly recommended for hospice. I got in contact with Oasis In-Home Care to get a some help for my grandmother and my family in caring for him at home during his last days. Cameron at Oasis In-Home Care moved mountains to get my family assistance within 24 hours of my request, because the hospital discharged him so quickly. They were so accommodating and helpful. My grandmother was very thankful for the help and had nothing but praise for the caretaker they sent. They were also outstanding in terms of sensitivity, professionalism, and responsiveness. Once my grandfather passed, Cameron had the intuition to call me directly and offer to hold the invoice or send it to me directly instead of sending the final invoice to my grandmother until some time passed for my family to recover - that gave me tremendous respect for him and his business. I had to move my stepmother into Pacifica Hillsborough Assisted Living this month. She did not want to go nor did she know she was going to be put there to live. A very traumatic time for all of her family as we planned this move. We were required to have a caregiver 12 hours a day for the first week to help her and monitor her. I first spoke with Cameron at Oasis who was great in walking me through the first steps. He put me in touch with his staff member Joan who was awesome. She has been through this more than once and completely empathized with our situation.
