By the next day he had the basement dry and back to normal. He then came over and monitored the basements progress for the next four days, taking photos and providing detailed documentation for us to submit to our insurance company. In the end, he charged us a super reasonable rate. For home owners in the Baltimore area, we 100% recommend Frank and A1 Carpet Cleaning. Dave was on time, he only charges for the sq ft that he cleans, not the square ft of the whole room. He spent about 3 hours doing our master bedroom and my son's bedroom. 400 sq ft for our room plus closet and another 100 or so for his room. These carpets haven't been cleaned professionally before and they are 16 years old, installed when we built our home. Highly recommended.
