I think they threw in the bathroom vent cleaning for free, which was appreciated. However, I did have a few concerns regarding my service. - After cleaning the dryer vent, they left a mess behind - see attached photos. - They offered me the duct sanitation service, which I politely declined. They then offered it to me not once but twice more, after I had declined. I didn't appreciate the repeated high-pressure sales pitch. - Without telling me, they unplugged some of my Verizon equipment and did not plug it back in when they were done. I needlessly spent an hour on the phone with Verizon trying to figure out why my wireless and cable service did not work. I would hesitate to use them again. Update: Yosef, the owner, did call to apologize for the above mentioned issues and provided a partial refund, which was appreciated.

He mentioned that they were booked for the season. By this time, I was impressed with the prompt communication and their service, I have decided to go with them and wanted to wait for their next available appointment. Joe responded after a few days saying that an availability opened up and should be able to wash my deck in a couple of weeks. He kept me informed the whole time. I was given all the instructions and what to expect before their visit. On the scheduled date, their crew came and power washed the deck thoroughly. Next day, they promptly showed up and stained it. Also, they were to power wash my deck and seal it. The windows needed special attention because spiders build webs in the windows then poop all over them. It's really gross, and I especially hired Grime Busters to take care of this problem. I specified this as the reason I was getting my house pressure washed. As such, I was told to remove all of my window screens to ensure the best results. So when they were finished, imagine my anger when I looked in my upstairs window and it looked as if water hadn't touched the window at all. OK. We all make careless mistakes. I called and someone came back out to inspect the job of the previous person. Agreed they didn't do a good job, but he didn't come back with a pressure washer to fix the problem! He asked me to use my pressure washer...uhh, WHAT? That's not all. The original washer also left whole areas of my deck unwashed then sealed over them. You could look and tell the angle he washed the stairs and balusters - imagine the sun casting a shadow is the best way I can describe it. So of course when he sealed the deck, whole areas of the deck didn't get sealed, because they weren't washed properly. I was also told the seal would last (assuming proper washing, of course) for 3-5 years. Even on the areas I felt were properly washed, rain water stopped beading on the deck within weeks. The last thing is they were to restain my white deck railings, and they did this, but sloppily. I have white wood railings on white (pvc? plastic-like) balusters. The white stain for the wood can be seen on the plastic -like balusters. In all, while I appreciated their attitude and they were very respectful, I paid $2500 to have a job done well and it was not. And returning without the equipment to correct the problem was pretty inexcusable.

Treasure their quality and their work ethics! 20+ years ago BWN waterproofed the basement of my then new house. Despite having a property on high ground, water has a way of getting in and flooding and unprotected basement. BWM installed French drains, along with a sump pump and emergency backup battery system. It kept my now finished basement safe and dry for over 20 years!!! Recently, however, there were heavy rains and a drainage pipe leading to the sump pump failed and a small portion of my basement was flooded. More carpet damage than anything else thankfully. I took videos of the leak the next heavy rain and contacted BWN. Despite 20+ years having gone by, they were still in business and stood by their Lifetime basement guarantee. They came back and not only fixed the issue with the one pipe, they preventatively applied the same fix to a similar second pipe, just in case!!! Cost to me, ZERO!!! You have to look long and hard for a company that has such a long time in the business and dutifully honors it's commitments to its customers. Thank you Basement Waterproofing Nationwide!! When they finished, I reached out to receive their report via email. It came back saying everything was in good shape, so we had a contractor come out to take another look. Turns out the repair needed was so obvious to the contractor (from two stories below) that he didn't even have to use his drone to evaluate the damage. It's hard to wonder how these professionals missed such a glaring problem. Just yesterday, we had a handyman come out to do the repair and while up on the roof they noted that we even had a tile completely broken in half just above the damage to the soffet and fascia (of which you could see from below).
