The esthetician who performed the HydraFacial was friendly and explained the process well. That said, after paying $200, I was disappointed with the results, my skin didn't feel deeply cleansed, and I could still see clogged pores. I understand multiple treatments may be needed, but for that price, I expected better immediate results. Honestly, I might consider doing it at home next time if the effect is minimal. Next, I had the lip filler procedure. The experience felt rushed and impersonal. When I asked the practitioner which product she was using, she hesitated and didn't want to specify the brand, which made me uneasy. If this clinic wants to maintain loyal clients, the team really needs to regroup and improve both their communication and customer experience.
