The new owner fixed the speed issue, but that didn't last long. The belt he replaced was not a genuine part. He also upgrading the feet on my turntable, which actually was not as good as the genuine feet that was on it. I'm new to collecting vinyl and buying vintage equipment. I just think I've been taking advantage of by both of these guys and I highly do not recommend!

My boyfriend, Michael, spoke with Vince twice in the past three weeks. Michael explained what was…read morewrong with our kubota and stated that he felt it needed new belts. We had a similar problem before and when the belts were replaced it was fixed. When Vince called back, he stated the deck needed replaced along with other parts. However, the belts were not replaced. $1,311.31 and three weeks later, Michael picked up our kubota and immediately took it home to begin using it. After about 3 rounds, it was clear the kubota was not fixed. We will now have to take it to Oakway and see if they have sense enough to fix it. I am very disappointed. You would think when you're working on a lawn mower, you would ride it around to see exactly what the problem is, not just look at the parts and guess. This seems to be how they operate. I contacted discount playground supply in August 15, 2017 to replace an old slide at our center…read more Mike assured me he could get the parts needed, just send him pictures and measurements. It has been a joke dealing with a simple slide replacement. First it took forever for a call or email to be returned than over a month to receive shipment which was not the slide we had ordered. About two months and several phone call and emails later to receive the replacement. No one has showed up to pick up the wrong slide. We finally receive the correct slide and there is no legs or bolts. Several more phone call and emails with jokes from Mike and we receive the legs and bolts for the wrong slide a month later. Needless to say this is January 2018. After 5 months and tons of joking it off I am having welders make the necessary legs. Will never order again for Discount School Supply.
