Very superficial, poorly run, out to get your money, etc... Most members of this gym have a personal trainer. He helped me to establish a meal plan that actually works for me and tastes amazing. He is able to work with my existing injuries and strengthen the areas so I no longer hurt myself. In the first month alone I lost a total off 11.5 inches, and am feeling more energized than ever. The gym has an intimate feeling unlike most major gyms, and everyone in there helps you and wants you to succeed.

I didn't want to write a review until I really had some time to reflect. I took one Saturday boot camp class but got turned off. It was fun until I got to the back room, run by a big, bald guy (Deshawn, I think?) who thought it would be fun to embarrass me by obnoxiously shouting out, "Let's go, Gossip Girl!!" All I was doing was asking my neighbor what to do since he certainly didn't explain what he wanted. Just assumed. Imagine how I felt being new at the gym and a first-timer at boot camp. He walks around with a constant pissy look on his face, always looking at his phone, playing with his keys, or in his office (third one on the left), looking at his monitor. The other trainers are very nice and pleasant but there constantly new faces in there so that tells me a lot Then, of course, you have your typical creepy, old man gym-rat, who struts around like he owns the gym, refuses to clean his machines, and mansplains to women how to use THEIR machines LOL. Yep, ladies, he's there! I took a few of their Zumba classes. The instructors are very nice but they barely play Latin music or demonstrate any type of Latin dance steps. So the Zumba classes are basically just aerobic classes. Still a workout. Also, the vertical blinds in there have been broken FOREVER and the sun comes right in, making that room VERY hot. The Dance Jam class is fun! The instructor is fit and has MORE Zumba moves and Latin music than their actual Zumba classes. That's the only class I'd recommend. Cleanliness - it's pretty clean in most places. I did watch a trainer "cleaning" the treadmills last week and he skipped over the nasty cup holders completely on ALL of them. Also - the front doors are disgustingly filthy on the outside. Haven't been cleaned in at least a year. Just sayin'. Helpful hint - wipe down your machines BEFORE you touch them. Most of the people do NOT clean up their sweaty machines when they're done.

I started training with Tj Michael few months ago. Back during covid before I got my shot I did virtual trainings and they were awesome! Since those days I have gone in since I've gotten my vaccine. It's absolutely fantastic to work in person as well and he is as well and since he has all the gym equipment he needs it makes it much easier on me as well. Whether you do virtually or in person he does an amazing job but I do have to say I like in-person better. TJ Michael has been fantastic. He tailors all the workouts to exactly what I need. When I first started with him I had major back problems to where I couldn't even walk. Now hes helped me slowly get my back "back in shape", haha! Every week we go over our new exercise routine. It's fantastic too because it doesn't strain my back at all but it helps me strengthen all the muscles that I need it's just that I need to keep my back loose and my hips free. My wife also goes to see Tj as she wants to build muscle and keep lean. We have very different workouts which shows me he is very versatile! That brings me to his professionalism and respect. Tj likes to get measurements so he can keep track of your progress. He doesn't require it though. We both wanted to do it though and he made the whole process so easy. He was very respectful and had us help measure so we were more comfortable. He is the best! His level of professionalism and fantastic listening skills far exceeded our expectations. He also hears everything you have to say and need that you have and he'll tailor the experience to you. When you go in you'll have an initial evaluation and then he'll come up with a starting routine and he'll go over everything with you before you start to make sure everything sounds okay to you. I'm extremely excited for them to open up their second studio in the East. This location is so easy to find, and parking is a breeze. Classes here are generally 45 minutes, and they're slowly integrating beginner and mobility workshops. They're such a great group of beautiful talented trainers who support you through out the entire class. It's like a group personal training session if you've never had the opportunity to experience a Reformer's Pilates class. The trainers really know their anatomy and teach you how to properly engage your muscles with proper form and technique. They're also so wonderful at taking feedback and really want what's best for you, so if you ever have any ideas on things you want to see in the studio, they're all ears. Every one of my friends who I've brought here have been hooked on the intensity, the tribe vibes, and technicality of the variety of classes they offer. They get to know you individually and your strengths & weaknesses to make sure that you're doing what's most optimal for your body, there's always variations that they provide if you have physical limitations. So it's super important to communicate that to your trainer so you can get the most out of your session. The facility itself is beautiful and always so clean, even with all the foot traffic this studio receives. I love that they have toiletries in the restroom for you to freshen up with after class. & the theragun is so therapeutic after the sweat sesh. If you're looking for some motivation and a great community to be surrounded by, I highly recommend checking this studio out.

My trainer, Brooke is the best as she's positive, supportive and assists me in my goals as I've only been attending a short while and I'm already seeing results. They also have some pretty nice merch :) There are classes offered along with personal training sessions. They even offer nutrition coaching so you'll be sure to get a well rounded result. There is also an Inbody scanner for a body comp measurement and a private sauna which I haven't seen in too many other places. I love the fact that it has pretty much every equipment you would need and then some for any type of workout. It even has a turf which looks cool. There is also a heart rate monitoring system which lets the trainers know the level of exertion so that every workout is safe but intense. It's in a prime location and close to some of the Intel offices. There is plenty of parking outside and some reserved spots for customers too so that is a nice added bonus. But the best part is that the owner is very professional and caring towards his clients and gives personal attention to everyone. One of the great perks of a private gym!! I've been personally training with him for a while now and I can see the difference for myself. He is very knowledgeable and practical. He knows what he's doing :)
