I didn't realize this coming to the location. I was lost at first, the door to the salon is completely out of sight. You have to go to the back of movie store to get in? I'm writing this review because I don't want anyone else wasting their time or money. I heard about a new nail place, so I figured I'd try something new. Just imagine walking into a tiny shack to be pampered. Don't spend your money here. $35 for nails and no lotion or a warm towel while staring at 4 walls? Get real.

I missed the head massage and hot towel treatment I used to get at the Aveda Salon I frequented in Florida. My first salon experiences in this area incorporated lukewarm hair washing water and no head massage. I couldn't do it anymore. Soiree knocks the hair washing service out of the park. They have their own crew completely responsible for washing hair, massaging scalps and providing hot towel treatments. My daughter likes it so much that one time I was having my hair taken care of, she just asked if she could have hers washed. They fit her in right in. You best believe there is no lukewarm water here. My haircuts themselves are also top notch. Dani is really good at her job. Not only with the actual cutting and attention to detail with my hair but also with the conversation. I am always sad when the haircut is over. It all goes too quickly. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments is super easy. They send text reminders so that I am never surprised when it pops up on my calendar. I look forward to my visits to Soiree. I know my family feels the same way.

It's surrounded by huge sky rises and parking structures, and so when you drive up to it, it feels like a small preserved piece of the past in the middle of the modernized Towson. There is street parking and several close parking structures to choose from. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed. The original hardwood floor has a classic mid century feel. The lighting fixtures and salon setup are all modern and create an interesting dichotomy. As an Aveda salon, they have a wide selection of Aveda products. Due to their small storage space however, they tend to have only a few bottles of each product. So if you want a lot of a specific product, you may want to ask them to order it for you. In terms of services, they provide skin care and body care, hair treatments, hair coloring, and hair cuts. Their focal point is obviously hair care. In the upstairs area they offer acupuncture and massage (when they have a person on staff - I don't think they currently have someone as of July 2025; whereas they have had that it the past)

This is a very nice spa. I've only been here for facials so I can't comment on the other services…read more It's very modern, appears quite clean and sleek inside. I try to come every few months for a relaxing facial. My experience today was not as pleasant as my other two visits. I've been trying out different estheticians to see which one I like best for my facial. I booked at a certain time to try one a specific esthetician only for a different person to be there on the day of my appointment, saying the original esthetician is doing massages all day. I guess my visit must have been one of the earlier ones bc there was no one water available; it's usually in the lounge area. As it was early in the day, I was surprised that there were no slippers my size (7), the tissue box was empty at the counter in the changing area, and there was nearly no toilet paper left. I hope these are all anomalies because my prior two experiences were more pleasant. Overall I'd give this place a 4/5 but if today had been my only experience there, it would have been a 3/5. I'm hoping my next visit will be more pleasant.

I feel and look many years younger after my anti-aging facial. Yesterday they had a free wellness weekend. I was able to get a red light salt therapy treatment for free. That was a very helpful aid for my COPD. It opened up my air ways and I could feel it rejuvenating my lungs . I always have such an enjoyable experience when I visit Aruba Spa.

At one point, the hair dresser did say she would have to angle her hair because she moved (and honestly, maybe this particular hair stylist should not be cutting children's hair because my daughter barely moved and has had successful haircuts in the past..). But, there was no angling done, and as you can see in the photos, she was left with crooked hair with uneven layers. This is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend getting your hair cut here if you have long hair.
